Hi Friend,
So this one began in Psalm 68, with the lines Father to the fatherless, the Defender of widows, and the One who sets the lonely in families.
As I lived with those words, they kept bringing me back to Jesus' teaching:
"Whatever you did for one of the least of these, you did for me."
Those two passages gradually became one song.
I've now finished the recording with a simple acoustic Celtic folk arrangement that lets the lyric breathe.
