Subject: County Leitrim Song — Return to Your Rest

Hi Friend,

The County Leitrim song has taken a bit of an unexpected turn.

A line from Psalm 116 really grabbed me:

“Return to your rest, O my soul, for Yahweh has been good to you.”

And that became the seed of a much more meditative song about finding rest in the middle of stress and trauma.

I've just recorded this early, rough version so you can hear where it's heading before I get into the full arrangement and recording.
