American Wellness Care Reopening Soon!
and thoughts on the new normal
...
Greetings Friends and Patients,

I certainly miss you so very much. I am so happy that many of you have called the office and I have had a chance to speak to you. Those conversations have lifted me up, proving again that my patients heal this doctor. It happens over and over for the past 35 years and never ceases to amaze me. Remember I need you as much as you need me. You have always been my Chiropractic extended family. You have brought me through some very tough times.

Just for a moment let’s put aside all of our thoughts of Coronavirus, masks, isolation, not seeing your loved ones, fear of the present and future. It has been all too much. When people ask you how you are, do you really tell the truth?
Not usually... I think because it’s hard to verbalize what we are thinking. We just want it all to go away and go back to normal.

The only words I can share are some things that have helped me:
  1. Talking on a level with people where I can listen to their feelings.
  2. Having no judgment about people or what people are thinking.
  3. Loving people just as they are, whether I agree or disagree with them.
  4. Being patient with everyone, especially all the officials who are trying to protect us.
  5. Pouring my prayers out for health professionals and first responders and all those who have been affected by Coronavirus.
  6. Extending my love to victims and sympathy to all those who have lost loved ones and are suffering their loss.
  7. Being conscious that there is fear and uncertainty, and trying to take it one hour at a time.
  8. My most important thought is that I recognize that I barely have control over anything that is happening and that I ask God‘s mercy on the world.
  9. Being content with doing my own small part, like feeding the hungry, donating as possible, extending my healing gifts to those within my reach.
  10. Having immense gratitude for each day given to me, even if it is unrecognizable and totally unpredictable.
  11. As we celebrate today I try not to predict what comes next. When will I see the return to normal? How will it be? What can help me adapt to change?
  12. What can help you and I adapt to change? Staying connected, getting plenty of rest, walking outdoors, abdominal breathing, hydration, living foods, chocolate and other various treats in moderation, and smiling even under your mask. Rest assured that this too shall pass
American Wellness Care Reopening May 21th! (We hope)
I will make a bold proclamation that we will return for chiropractic hours on or near May 21! Yes, unpredictable.

Please call us as we near that date because so many of you have expressed to me how you have missed the healing hands of chiropractic. I rejoice and am thankful that so many of you have retained your strength and that you have not experienced health challenges during these times.

Be empowered with the knowledge that perfect love casts out fear and with peace the immune system remains strong and vital. Add Chiropractic adjustments to calm your nervous system interference and you surely have a winning duo!!!

I am so excited to see you very soon. Stay strong, fearless and healthy. Keep practicing all the great things I've taught you. If you need a refresher you can check the last couple of newsletters.

When you return we will have some money-saving specials on nutritional, weight loss, and powerful immune supplements. Come and see, and ask about our Mother's and Father's Day specials available this month!!!

In Gratitude,
Dr. Lynne Kavulich
Remember, you can feel great at any age. I've helped thousands of people to do this, so why not you, and your family!
