It’s true that we didn’t get in touch for a while and we apologize for this short absence. In these last few weeks we have been focused on redesigning our web-portal AmarFood.com.

AmarFood.com web-portal has given us a lot of satisfaction: since this project started 4 years ago, we have now acquired hundreds of loyal Customers, who frequently and consistently read our contents, interact with us, and visit our portal in order to enjoy our Italian Food excellences. This is really something priceless for us, you know? It’s something you cannot buy .. It's a feeling that make us get up early in the morning and work well to offer you the best, every day.

That said, however, over the years we have realized that the greatest appreciation for our products has always been addressed to our truffle products (both fresh and preserved): every single month in these years of activity, the 60 % on average (often with peak of 80%) of our website sales was found to be related to Truffle products. A clear signal from our Customers, don’t you think :-) ??

And then, to be very honest with you, this is probably due to the fact that in AmarFood.com we have a huge passion for truffles and the products that come from it.

After this detailed analysis and after a considerable number of considerations, we consciously took the decision to “change the skin” of AmarFood.com, making it become the first and only e-commerce portal in Europe (but we can safely say in the World) completely dedicated to the Truffle Italian Excellences.

We love Italian food and our mission is to share our Italian gastronomic excellences with you, but we want to focus on all the things that our Customers have shown us to appreciate more; wonderful products, excellent raw material: His Majesty, the Italian Truffle
