Subject: It was great Chatting with you on Friday

This week, come take a trip around India
friendly water for the world header

Hello,

For 43 years David Albert, our Board Chairman, has been visiting India, promoting ideals of peace and nonviolence, equality and community, ecological sustainability and stewardship, and meeting and sharing with friends who have devoted their lives to do the same.

This Friday, April 24th at noon (Pacific Standard Time), tune in to hear David talk about his most recent adventures in India. In February David traveled across the country for two weeks hosting conferences, awarding purple umbrellas, sharing our technologies with other nonprofits and foundations, and most importantly, seeing our work come to life for refugees, Dalits, and other marginalized and disadvantaged people.

On the Chat David will be joined by Ronelle Funk. Ronelle traveled with David to India. Thanks to her and her family's generosity she dedicated a Friendly Water for the World training center building in Gandhigram to her late parents, Bill Funk and Marilyn Zuckerman. Don't miss out on what she has to say about her experience there. Join us this Friday!

And thank you!

Thanks for attending our Chat with Peter Jensen about permagardens. It is inspiring to see the self-reliance, security, and opportunity that can be built by simply using local resources and a small amount of land in a thoughtful, sustainable and well-designed way. And as always it was uplifting to see and talk with people from so many different parts of the world. Visitors attended from Rwanda, Canada, Wales, New Zealand and the US.

Our work continues. From organizing these Chats to preparing for future projects. We can't do that without you. Sustaining monthly donations help us keep the lights on and enable us to plan for the future. You can make a monthly pledge below. We appreciate your generosity now more than ever.

Until our next Chat, be well and be safe.
