Samaritan's Purse has called asking for help with storm clean up in Adamsville, TN. They are very short staffed and need sawyers. A small team will be heading out from ALERT on Sunday to arrive that evening. They will work Mon-Wed and return to ALERT on Thursday. If you are able to join for part or all of that (or even longer) that would be a great help.
Since this is an official ALERT response you will be required to be in uniform, and groomed according to ALERT standards if traveling and serving with us. However you are welcome to contact SP directly to register on your own and bring a team from your church or area if it is more convenient for you.
