As I mentioned at the reunion in February this May 17-19th, 2019 we will be holding our third Conquer Series retreat in the Waynesburg, PA area. It starts Friday night about 6 p.m. and concludes late morning on Sunday. Whether you’ve attended one in the past or this is the first time you’ve heard of it I’d like to encourage you to take whatever steps you can to join us for this powerful weekend dealing with the addictive nature of pornography and steps to coming to freedom. Last fall we had 23 guys in attendance (both ALERT guys and men from the area) and it was an unforgettable time of learning and fellowship together. The setting is beautiful, there is time built in for both fellowship and personal reflection and most of all it is men coming together as a small army to do battle against one of the most powerful enemies we face. Is there any valid reason you could think of for not coming yourself – or with a dad – or brother or friend to gain tools that could save your marriage – or tools to help someone else do the same? Call me for more details and seriously consider putting this weekend on your calendar. Cost is a very affordable $40 for the weekend including meals and housing. We are considering another one in the Tennessee area sometime during the year so if that is something you’d be available for let me know so we can put something on the calendar.
