New rhythm tutorial video (no instrument needed).
Greetings from New York City!

This is AJ Block and I want to wish you a fantastic day. I'm super excited because I finished putting together a new tutorial video on improving your rhythm. Our first video of metronome clapping exercises has become one of our more popular lessons and it is with great joy that we have put out this next one.

On another note, we are starting early this year with our holiday pricing on instruments. Effective immediately, all of our eucalyptus didgeridoos (which you see in this video) are now on sale. Amazing traditional instruments priced at $750 are now available for as low as $450! I definitely suggest you take a look at our store and claim these one-of-a-kind instruments.

Lastly, I want to thank all of you who have been asking questions and commenting on our YouTube channel and blog posts. Your feedback is highly valuable and it helps us know what content to create next and how we can serve you better.

Happy Jamming!

WATCH: 3 Rhythm Improving Exercises You Can Do With Just a Metronome
What are the best ways to improve your musical rhythm?

Whether you are a singer, instrumentalist, drummer or all of the above, using a metronome is going to make your rhythm stronger and help you develop your internal musical clock. I learned that when practicing with a metronome, not every note you play needs to fall on a click. In fact, practicing by playing with metronome beats in unconventional placement was highly beneficial to my practice.

Cultivate your connection to sacred sound, chanting, mantra, folkloric and healing songs from around the world. To learn, carry and sing a sacred song is an ability we all have, we simply need to tap into it. In our school, we invite you to tap into your own ability to use sacred song as a study, practice and way of prayer and expression. Each class  focuses on a selection of songs, where we will learn the pronunciation, translation, and intention of the songs, as well as covering the melodic and rhythmic structure.

DidgeProject.com
Didge Project is a blog, youtube channel, series of courses and events, instrument store and a collective of musicians who want to help you use music as a tool for uplifting yourself and others around you.

On our site you will find tips and tutorials to help you become a better musician, didgeridoo lessons, instrument features and reviews, and reports on the latest scientific research and spiritual discoveries merging through the medium of sound.

When we began in 2008 our main focus was on teaching how to play the didgeridoo, a wind instrument originating in aboriginal Australia and also said to be present in ancient Mayan times. After working with countless people it became apparent that most musicians play multiple instruments and that we have the community resources to help all musicians get better results. While we still provide didgeridoo lessons, classes and programs, our focus is to provide tutorials for music and instruments from all around the world.
