The Dream Seed Sound Healer Training Program is an immersive, multicultural course that provides hands-on training in facilitating sound healing sessions. Through an interdisciplinary approach combining sound, science, sacred music, energy work, and ceremonial healing traditions, participants gain practical skills to incorporate sound into healing and meditation. Open to all experience levels, the program is ideal for those seeking to work with others or deepen their own practice.
Curious about joining the program? Watch a recording from our live online info session to meet the Dream Seed facilitators, learn about the training curriculum, and ask any questions you may have — from instruments and technique to practice-building and integration. You’ll leave with clarity on what our training program consists of. We will have alumni from our previous years to also answer questions you may have about the program from an experiential standpoint. Click here to watch.

Throughout the course of this training, we will focus on various exercises to learn more about sound healing through intention setting, listening, giving, receiving, and developing our intuition in relationship to sound. Participants are encouraged but not required to bring their own sound healing instruments to our sessions. Many instruments from around the world will be available for participants to utilize and a variety of sound-healing instruments will also be available for sale.

In case you missed it
New video This one technique makes a huge difference |
|
|
In this video, Didge Project lead instructor AJ Block demonstrates a way to optimize your circular breathing by blending the airflow from the lungs with the airflow from the mouth cavity. He explains how 1) pushing the abs to send air out from the lungs and 2) squeezing the cheeks to send air out from the mouth cavity, are combined to “close the gap” on circular breathing, making it so the air does not diminish and the sound quality is not lost, even when a wind instrument player is inhaling through the nose while playing.

About Didge Project
Didge
Project is a blog, youtube channel, series of courses and events,
instrument store and a collective of musicians who want to help you use
music as a tool for uplifting yourself and others around you.
On
our site you will find tips and tutorials to help you become a better
musician, didgeridoo lessons, instrument features and reviews, and
reports on the latest scientific research and spiritual discoveries
merging through the medium of sound.
When
we began in 2008 our main focus was on teaching how to play the
didgeridoo, a wind instrument originating in aboriginal Australia and
also said to be present in ancient Mayan times. After working with
countless people it became apparent that most musicians play multiple
instruments and that we have the community resources to help all
musicians get better results. While we still provide didgeridoo lessons,
classes and programs, our focus is to provide tutorials for music and
instruments from all around the world. Visit us for great music
resources at didgeproject.com. |
