Good day and Welcome!

Join us in our new open facebook group designed to foster more sharing of musical knowledge. Here you can connect with other instrumentalists from all around the world and learn to explore a wide range of instruments. Didge Project will be sharing many things here, and not just content generated by us. Any useful videos that we come across on the web will be shared here and we encourage you to do the same.

Our newest instrument is in stock

Learn to play and tune your frame drum with our 2 new videos this week. Both videos star our long time friend and musical collaborator Tripp Dudley, a master percussionist who has spent many of the last 10 years touring as a multi-percussionist in a wide range of ensembles.

These new videos coincide with the launch of our latest product, the 18" Tunable Middle-Eastern/Shamanic Frame Drum from Roosebeck. This drum sounds amazing and is built to last. Featuring a cedarwood body, tunable goatskin head, cross-bar structure on the rear to grip and play with the included beater or tipper, metal tuning screws and and included allen tuning key. There is such a wide range of sounds that can be created with this drum and it is suitable from everything to high-energy percussive playing to deep trance-inducing sound.

The 18" Tunable Middle-Eastern/Shamanic Frame Drum from Roosebeck comes with a beater, tipper, and allen tuning key.

DidgeProject.com
Didge Project is a blog, youtube channel, series of courses and events, instrument store and a collective of musicians who want to help you use music as a tool for uplifting yourself and others around you.

On our site you will find tips and tutorials to help you become a better musician, didgeridoo lessons, instrument features and reviews, and reports on the latest scientific research and spiritual discoveries merging through the medium of sound.

When we began in 2008 our main focus was on teaching how to play the didgeridoo, a wind instrument originating in aboriginal Australia and also said to be present in ancient Mayan times. After working with countless people it became apparent that most musicians play multiple instruments and that we have the community resources to help all musicians get better results. While we still provide didgeridoo lessons, classes and programs, our focus is to provide tutorials for music and instruments from all around the world.
