We are a local realtor and mail post cards to our targeted neighbourhoods but the redemption rate is really low.  What can we do to improve the R.O.I.?

Marketing is about testing so there could be a variety of reasons why your card isn’t getting attention but understand this: your job isn’t to get a sale, your job is to build a relationship.


How about using your card to advise locals when you plan to visit the neighbourhood and meet them?
