Subject: Get naked and stay that way!

Ha ha Friend, I’m chuckling as I’m writing this...

Remember when we were little and we thought nothing of running around naked?

We probably don’t remember because once we were old enough to become aware of what we were doing we covered up, but old photos and movies prove that we were happy to explore without restrictions of any kind.

In fact; we were naked in every sense of the word; without inhibitions and free to be authentic about our moods, our emotions, our choices, our curiosities, our voice and our discovery.

What happened?

I’ll tell you: “fitting in” happened.

You see, the opposite of freedom is conformity. Yep, we built this nice little box that we live in – so that we could fit in - and every once in a while, our authentic self throws a temper tantrum, and we feed it a little something, then go back to “normal”.

Many years ago, I wrote this mantra for myself, “Live from the heart. Be a best friend. Enjoy every moment.” I wasn’t really sure all of what it meant but accepted it as my guiding principle – you'll even see it published in the front of the Aha! Moment Journal – and with that, I gave myself permission to be authentic.

Now look, being authentic isn’t for everyone. It means stripping yourself of fear and judgment and marching to your own drummer. It’s scary but very liberating.

My friend, Allison, is also liberated and also on a mission to help people step into their power.

We are inviting YOU to a three-part conversation-starting tomorrow – Friday, August 20th - at 3:00 p.m. Eastern. We’ll be streaming LIVE on all the major platforms busting down barriers to succeed deliberately. You’re only one Aha! away from your best life… will that Aha! present itself tomorrow?

Succeed deliberately!
