Subject: The Black Art Experience in Miami is Upon Us!

RSVP for the AfriKin Art Fair in Little River before it's too late.

"The Arts are not just a nice thing to have or to do if there is free time or if one can afford it. Rather, paintings and poetry, music and fashion, design and dialogue, they all define who we are as a people and provide an account of our history for the next generation." - Michelle Obama

RoseWater: A Dance Ritual for Hope and Ancestral Healing in the Wake of Environmental Racism.

Closing out our Fair on Sunday is this not-to-be-missed performance from acclaimed choreographer Michelle Grant-Murray. Through movement, music, dance, performance, and education, Michelle's choreographic process deconstructs, reconstructs, explores, and exercises diverse ways of knowing and understanding the world in which we live, revealing the phenomena of the human experience in its raw brilliance. Come to experience Olujimi Dance!

RoseWater explores, reckons, and grapples with the climate change issues of Environmental Racism as the root cause of Water Ethics issues, Generational Gentrification, and Carbon Footprint. Check out this sneak peek below.
