Baby Watch at Africam – Exciting Updates on Our Wildlife Families!

The Africam Baby Watch is in full swing, and we have some exciting baby updates to keep an eye out for in the coming weeks! Here’s what’s happening at Africam:

Cheetah Bomas – Becky & Tammy’s Little Ones?
Keep your eyes peeled! We’re expecting the cheetah mamas, Becky and Tammy, to go into labour between April 27th and May 2nd. Watch the live cameras closely to see if they’re preparing to welcome some new cubs into the world!

Penguin Nest at Stony Point – Hatch Day Approaching!
Our African penguins are busy incubating their egg, and after spotting the egg on March 23rd, we’re expecting the little hatchling to make its debut around April 29th. Stay tuned to witness the miracle of new life!

Verreaux's (Black) Eagles – Nesting Season Begins
The Verreaux's eagles have chosen the top spot for their nest, and we can expect eggs to be laid in the coming weeks. With incubation lasting about 45 days, both parents will be working together to ensure their eggs hatch successfully. Keep an eye on the nest for any exciting developments!
