Meet Marcus, future homeowner of 613 Lemmon Avenue, the site of our current Faith Build. Marcus and his son have been renting an apartment that is inadequate for their family. They often sleep in the living room during the summer; it is the only room cooled by air conditioning. Homeownership has been one of Marcus’s main goals, and he has been working toward this for some time. He is looking forward to buying his Habitat home this winter.

| Faith Build is in partnership with Thrivent Financial. Since the organizations partnered in 2005, thousands of home builds and repair projects have been completed by Thrivent members and other generous volunteers. |

We need help feeding hungry volunteersWe have been blessed with many hungry volunteer mouths to feed. Please consider preparing a meal for our volunteers on a monthly basis. No time to cook? You can also bring the following items to the Habitat office anytime between 9am and 4:30pm:
- hot dogs
- bread
- cheese (shredded and sliced)
- pasta sauce
- tortillas
- pepperoni
- pre-made pizza crust
- frozen lasagna
- frozen meatballs
- peanut butter
- jelly
