HOMEOWNER TIP OF THE MONTH:

Did you know the rotation of your ceiling can impact your heating and cooling costs? In the warmer months, your ceiling fan should rotate counter-clockwise. This direction creates a downdraft, pushing the cool air down. In the cooler months, your fan should run clockwise. This direction creates an updraft, drawing the hot air up. So hit that reverse switch on your ceiling fan and save up to 10% on your next heating bill!
