Hello Friend
The more I understand what's really going on, the more my blood boils and my spine hardens like steel knowing that THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED!
Just this week we had a judge issue an order to the Sheriff department late Friday afternoon to evict an infirm 60 year old woman from her home at 8:00 AM the following Monday. The order was issued late Friday for execution first thing Monday AM knowing that there would be nothing that the woman could do in the meantime with the court closed over the weekend. The judge told the sheriff in the order to be armed and use all force necessary!
Use all force necessary? WTF?
So she either comes out on her feet or in a body bag? Doesn't matter?
They denied her any defense. They refused to allow her to file any defense in the court docket and locked her out of the court and were determined to evict her regardless of the law, regardless of due process, regardless of the human trauma or lives destroyed. Nothing personal, just business, eh? She was alone. No family, nobody to turn to other than some friends online. The corrupt ordeal up to this point had the woman so distraught that she was talking of committing suicide
I'll tell you the end of the story at the bottom of this email. It was extremely dramatic! The image below is what it looks like when the sheriff department shows up early in the AM to haul you and your kids out of bed and throw you into the street! Welcome to America, home of the free!
But first let me show you what we're doing about this type of situation and how you are being robbed! |

| The money powers and their institutional enforcers; i.e. bankers, mortgage companies, debt collectors, mortgage servicers, Wall Street trusts and investment houses, bond issuers, black robed Freemasons, county Sheriffs and deputies along with their accomplices the title companies, county recorders, insurance companies, bond brokers, corrupt notaries and the county attorneys along with the states Attorneys General who look the other way are robbing America and Americans 'Blind' and putting them helplessly in the poorhouse. The only way this is ever going to stop is when people like YOU just say 'Enough is Enough'. It's 'OUR' responsibility, YOUR responsibility to DO SOMETHING! No matter your situation there are things you can do. We'll get to that, but first let's see how you are getting robbed. |
| How you are getting robbed!
- when you signed the note on your mortgage you created 'credit' which is 'money'. It was stolen from you and you never got compensated.
- when the mortgage obligation was securitized, aka bundled and put into an investment trust, the note was destroyed and so nobody can present the note to make any claim as holder in due course! Yet they still want your payments or your house.
- The securitization process requires an accounting function known as 'Decertification of the Debt' which means the debt obligation is stricken from the books and it DOESN'T EXIST! Yet they still demand your payments or your house.
- Federal law prohibits a mortgage servicer from demanding or accepting payments, yet it's likely the servicer you are sending payments to.
- Your house was paid for when you delivered the note. Therefore,...
- You've been robbed of past payments and interest
- You're being robbed of present and future payments and interest
- This robs you of financial security
- Your family is being robbed of a secure future with it's dreams and aspirations
- When things get tight, you are being robbed of peace of mind
- Marriages and families are being robbed peace and a future
- You are being robbed of opportunities you otherwise would have had
- Ultimately, you are being robbed of having a paid for home, or any home when they foreclose!
- You are being robbed of a better life
- ..and the list goes on but you get the point.
Even if you are a renter and don't have a mortgage! Your landlord is victim to the above and if (s)he didn't have this burden, your rent would be much lower giving you more disposable income to live a better life! |

| | Now for the end of the story I started above about the woman facing eviction.
As I mentioned, this woman was at the end of her rope, distraught, emotionally drained and without hope. She was at her end seriously considering suicide. She didn't believe in God much.
But she did have a team of friends trying to help her on the legal side of things although it didn't seem to be helping much. They worked with her to file a federal bankruptcy against all odds fighting against the timeline for submitting documents, getting acceptance, approval, filing etc. It was accepted but still she had no time to inform the sheriff of the 'Stay' on the eviction.
What the team also did do was to pray for her and pray with her fervently and incessantly. even though she didn't believe in God she had nothing more to lose so she humored her friends.
So Monday morning came and she was expecting the worst. Yet somehow, miraculously the Sheriff Dept. and deputies never showed up when they were ordered to. And they didn't come later. In the meantime, the BK was presented to the court and the eviction order 'stayed'
This was enough proof to her that THERE IS A GOD! And she is now a believer accepting Jesus Christ into her life and she knows now that she is NEVER ALONE!
How's that for a fairy tale ending to a horrific crisis? |
