  This Week in the Lighthouse
Hi Friend,

How's it goin'?  Here's what's new this week!  Have a look...

Re:  Courts & The Law

In this section of 'Books to Download' in the Members Area, we've just added a 4 page Legal Reference Chart on Civil Procedure.  You will surely find this very informative and interesting.

Among other subjects, you'll find important outlines and references to;

Jurisdiction
Venue
Pleadings
Motions
Procedural Due Process
Pre-Trial
Trial
Post Trial

I hope you find this beneficial.  Don't forget, that as a base for courtroom procedure and foundational knowledge, you really need to invest the time in taking the Jurisdictionary course 'How to Win in Court Without an Attorney'.  This will give you the confidence you need to properly handle any courtroom situation.

Of course we all know 'You' will never need it.....until you Do!   Ooops!

Stay Away!

Of course, the above notwithstanding, we all know that the best way to handle court is simply to STAY OUT!

This is the objective and essence when we use such terms as;
  • Becoming the Secured Creditor
  • Settling all Claims
  • Capturing the Strawman
  • Establishing your U.C.C. trust and so on...

With this in mind, this week we have completely updated the files with the latest information on this subject matter.  I want to give a special thanks to our member Tommy B. who has devoted himself to learning and applying what he's learned from Patrick Devine's material and he's sharing with us what he is doing, has done and has to look forward to.   So far, in using this knowledge it appears that a foreclosure case against him has simply and strangely  'disappeared'.  We'll hear more on that before long.

He has shared his own documentation with supporting educational basis and you can find it in:

Members Area > Advanced Training Libraries > Non-UCC Settle All Claims > A) The Latest, Establish UCC Contract Trusts

We'll be adding audio explanations and instructions in the near future.  In the meanwhile, you'll enjoy digesting this info.

Non-Bank Banking

We routinely talk about the digital age, staying ahead of the curve and the problems associated with traditional banking.  You understand all that.

Today I have some good news for you. I'm currently using a 'Non-Bank Financial Institution' which allows me to hold, receive, spend and transfer; USD, EUR, AU (gold) and BTC (BitCoin) in addition to about 26 other global fiat currencies.    You know I already like GoldMoney mentioned again below.  But today, this 'tip' is about setting up your own multi-currency, multi-asset e- wallet.

Just to give you a practical example of the value of holding non-traditional assets instead of fiat currency:   I recently funded my account with a small amount and did a transaction which left a small remainder of BTC which then amounted to $7.85.  Just a short time later, in view of the rise of BTC, that $7.85 is now $8.24.  Sure, we're only talking pennies here, but that's a 5% passive gain on my BTC in only a couple weeks!    And the good news is, nobody is tracking, taxing or sequestering my hard earned moolah!

Here's an introductory video.

Here's the website
GoldMoney.com

I recently did some evaluation of Goldmoney.com and I like what I see.  It allows you to instantly buy gold, have it physically stored in the vault of your choice around the world and redeem it when you like by converting the AU to fiat currency when needed which you can then access worldwide via a debit card.  You can start small and I think, if you're smart, you'd set up a recurring purchase to buy so much on a periodic basis benefiting from dollar cost averaging.  Gold is low right now and it is a good time to buy in my opinion!   Check it out for yourself.  That's your tip of the week!

So that's it for this week.   Go check out the new info and let me know what you're up to!
