Hi Friend
The Grey Wave otherwise known as ‘The Silver Tsunami’ refers to the baby boomers and their parents who are 65 years old or older.

As the years sneak up on us it’s easy to get caught up in life and overlook the need to do some estate planning and asset protection.

Two of the greatest theft rackets in the world are ‘Probate’ and ‘Guardianship’.  We did a video on The Guardianship Racket a couple of years ago and you need to see it to understand the critical danger. Click the image below.

In either case, if you and/or your parents are caught unaware and flat footed, the entire estate could become a bequeath to certain members of the BAR association.

This doesn’t even account for the possibility to lose the estate to a lawsuit or other creditors. You can end up in bankruptcy in an instant due to a car wreck or unexpected medical bills, unemployment or a host of other common causes to find aggressive and eager creditors.

To avoid these nightmares, use Trusts to protect your assets. Here’s an article offered by Kiplinger personal finance to help you cover some of the basics. Of course the discussion centers around statutory governance where jurisdiction is a 'given'.

When you’re ready to look beyond that, the video tutorial series on mmgcapital.biz will bring you to ‘Advanced Levels’ of sophistication on this topic.

So if you are in the ‘Silver Tsunami’, now would be a good time to be thinking about these things…before it’s too late.

If you’d like to discuss it further, just reply to this email to make yourself known.

I hope this helps.

May you profit nicely in these difficult times.
