I would like to a) let you know;
a) what we are doing to help fellow Americans get true justice from tyrants, and
b) give you the opportunity to contribute to the effort and be compensated.
I've set up a Zoom meeting for Friday evening at 8:00 PM CST. I need for you to join us if at all possible.
Let me review what I see ahead of us at this point and you can be giving it some thought.
The Objective
The objective is to create a competent and efficient committee whose purpose is to assist people whose rights have been violated by overzealous actors with ultra vires acts. You have the opportunity to participate and be compensated. This committee is being formed with this presentation on Affidavits of Obligation as the basis for our efforts. Please be sure to review this.
The Process
The process will involve;
- evaluation of submitted complaints
- legal research related to the violations for each case
- producing the affidavit of obligation
- proofreading the documentation for errors
- assistance with the process of presenting and perfecting each Affidavit.
- assistance with the process of obtaining the Declaratory Judgment
- assistance in collection
- committee administration
Committee Member Requirements
We'd like to have enough committee member volunteers to be able to;
a) be knowledgeable (or willing to learn) in all or at least several areas. Some study may be required.
b) be 'the' committee specialist in one or two areas (along with others to share the load)
c) be team players, be dedicated, reliable and consistent in production and performance.
Compensation
We'll have three levels of development;
- It will evolve quickly into an economic activity which will be compensated for your time and energy on an hourly billing basis. Victims submitting complaints for assistance will join The Lighthouse Law Club and pay the $1950 membership fee which will be shared and this used to help pay your hourly billing invoices.
- Or they will join CSN.world and participate in the program thus creating residual cash flow from networked donations for participating members (or both!).
- We will share in the damages awards collected and when we do our job properly, will have some nice lump sums to look forward to.
