For now, it's the three of us in this committee, which is fine. It's all we need really.
Our job is simple; We need to add, one or two lessons per week to help our members understand what the Maori Nation is all about, what are the benefits to being involved there and what is the process for getting involved.
Most of the information is already available for us. We just need to identify what it is, perhaps write up a brief introduction to what the document, or web link referenced is all about, and why it's important.
Here's an outline of what I think can be helpful for our members;
What is the Maori Nation?
What are the objectives they are trying to achieve?
Some history about how it all came about.
Is it credible and recognized?
How they are creating a national infrastructure to support it's citizens/members
How trusts factor into the overall equation and why you need a trust to interact with them.
And we can build it further from there.
As I said, most of this is already available. If you 2 could divide up these subjects, find the source materials for reference, write up a simple introduction to each item, I can then take that and post it in the forum.
