Each member will fill out the volunteer form (link below) to indicate your interests and what committee(s) you are willing to help out with.
We'll compile a list of members interested in the same committees and share it with everyone on that committee.
You will need to figure out amongst yourselves what will be the best way to hold live meetings. i.e. if it's a small group a Skype conference, a web conference platform, or other. That's up to you . The group should appoint a Chairperson to be the key coordinator and representative of the committee. The chair will lead the group meetings, organize the agenda, coordinate the efforts of the committee members so that everyone is clear on the primary goal and individual responsibilities which need to be accomplished by the next meeting, or as otherwise agreed.
The committee should also appoint a secretary to simply keep notes of objectives, timelines, who is doing what, and provide a summary in a periodic report which will be made to the rest of the club.
