The web conference tonight is your chance to raise issues that need to be clarified for you and to share your experiences with others. We'd like to hear about it. Please come prepared to share.
Tonight will be important. A couple of weeks ago we discussed the 'Conditional Offer' or 'Conditional Acceptance' as some call it. This relates to all contracts or 'attempted' contracts be they from the court, a creditor or others wanting to pigeon hole you into a liability.
Tonight we'll get into the follow up to a Conditional Offer which would be a 'Notice & Demand'. The two together can be a 1-2 knockout punch. These are administrative remedies all done outside the courtroom and when you master these concepts you'll have effective weapons to avoid many of the liabilities which are dumped upon you in the hopes that you'll blindly 'accept' like most people do.
