So is it private if I have to give KYC?
OK Friend,
By now you should have reviewed the info we sent you yesterday on the GSL Crypto Card.  The question comes up:  "So how do I maintain my privacy if I have to submit some KYC info?    Great question: Read on....
First of all, understand that in this email series I'm taking you on a journey.  There will be several stops along the way.  Each stop will take you deeper into the world of privacy.  The GSL card is only the first stop and it is a tool which can be used by everyone.   As we go further, the solutions get more powerful, more sophisticated  and more expensive or more valuable depending on your financial position and ability to benefit.  You can get off the bus whenever you feel you've reached your destination.

So let's answer the question:  'How is it private if I have to provide KYC?
  1. the kyc is basic and non-intrusive
  2. the company requesting the kyc is 'GSB GOLD STANDARD BANK GROUP' which is registered in Germany.

Now consider the following;
Who are you protecting your privacy and assets from?
The typical predator is;
  • an ex spouse
  • a disgruntled employee
  • state or federal regulators
  • the tax man
  • an ex business partner
  • a freeloader suing for quick bucks

If or when they get a judgment, what's the first thing the court requires you to do?  Fill out a financial disclosure form and list your bank accounts and USD dollar value.  If it's the tax man you won't even be asked, they'll just send someone to go in and clean out your account and the banker doesn't even ask if it's a lawful procedure.

So, having taken precautionary measures with the GSL card, you've already moved the bulk of your fiat currency into non-USD/non-fiat crypto account managed by a company in Germany.

How easy is that going to be to get to or even find out about?

You get the idea.  It doesn't show up on the radar in national databases.

This is only the first stop on our journey, but I think you'll agree that it's a good first stop!

More coming soon.
