November 19, 2020 Today is the start of ADFF:2020 where you can see some amazing new films about architecture and design and hear from dozens of highly respected guest speakers — like the world-renowned architect Frank Gehry and the composer Esa-Pekka Salonen — both of whom will introduce the film Aalto about the great Finnish architect Alvar Aalto.
Since this year’s online format is new for most of you, we want to provide some general information about how to purchase tickets and enjoy the films.
Purchasing tickets You can buy tickets anytime. Some films will have a limited number of views and might sell out during the festival, so if there's a film you really want to see, we suggest you purchase your ticket(s) early. Ticketing support will be available by email (tickets@adfilmfest.com), or by chat on our website from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm ET, except Thanksgiving.
When you can watch This year’s online festival provides greater flexibility for viewing than ever before. Once you buy your ticket(s), you can watch the film(s) anytime before December 3 at 11:59pm ET. The only restriction is that once you click on the [Watch Now] button you must watch the film within 48 hours.
How to watch on your computer or mobile device It’s easy, and there are many options. You can watch on your computer, tablet or even on your mobile phone. You can stream through the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera. For both PC and Apple computers, we recommend that you use the latest version of your browser. Please note: Internet Explorer is not supported.
