Dear Friend,
I've been committed to praying out loud for my community — that's you! Some of our children have returned to school and others will soon. Let's specially for them and their parents and keep praying. Join me:
Our Father in Heaven, we pray first for our children's homes. We pray that their parents and guardians create an environment of peace and order, providing adequate food, clothing and shelter.
Next, we pray for their physical safety. Please dispatch additional angels to guard and protect our children and schools from those who would seek to do them harm.
Also, we pray for the emotional stability of our children. Cease bullying and cause unkind acts to fail both for those seeking to do it, and (for) those who would be the recipients thereof.
Please let our children have the mental focus to want to learn and understand the information (being) taught.
And Father, our children, their parents, the teachers, administrators, need to value moral principles above the three Rs. We don't need any more educated, mean-spirited people.
Lastly, may our children's achievements, successes, and growth over this school year confirm that you have heard and answered this prayer.
We pray in the name of Jesus.
As you move through this week, keep our children in your daily prayers. Their futures are shaped not only by what they learn in classrooms but also by the love, protection, and moral grounding that surround them.
In His love and mine —
