The Honourable Gregor Robertson is Canada's Minister of Housing and Infrastructure and Minister responsible for Pacific Economic Development Canada. He serves as the Member of Parliament for Vancouver Fraserview—South Burnaby. Prior to entering federal politics, he served as Mayor of Vancouver and as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.


On the Housing Summit agenda, Minister Robertson is anchoring on and off-stage discussions in the context of Canada's federal housing goals and mandate.

Andrew leads Tricon Residential’s Canadian multi-family rental platform, the most active developer, owner and operator of new purpose-built rental apartments in the Greater Toronto Area. John Gordon

John Gordon has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the federal government and the Indigenous non-profit sector. Throughout his career, he has focused on advancing the aspirations of Indigenous Peoples and fostering community-led solutions. John earned a Master of Arts in Canadian Studies from Carleton University, where he researched the urbanization of Indigenous Peoples in Canada, exploring community organization and government responses. His personal, academic, and professional backgrounds provide him with a unique blend of perspectives on the challenges and opportunities faced by Indigenous housing providers. A registered member of the Tuscarora First Nation, Six Nations of the Grand River, John lives in Ottawa with his wife and three children.

Kevin Lee

Kevin Lee is a Professional Engineer with a Masters in Architecture, and has worked in the housing industry for over 35 years. With his experience in both the public and private sectors, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in housing policy, technology and business to the CEO position at CHBA. Kevin began his career in housing in the trades as a mason, deck builder, and construction site supervisor. Since then, he has run his own housing consulting business, and has been an executive in both the public and private sectors. Kevin has a true passion for housing.

Michael Fedchyshyn

Michael Fedchyshyn brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in strategic corporate development, infrastructure investing, structured finance, and public-private contracting. He joins Building Ontario Fund from Invest Ontario, where he served as Interim CEO, driving high-impact investments in alignment with the province’s long-term economic priorities. Prior to his time at Invest Ontario, Michael held senior leadership positions at Infrastructure Ontario where he led the creation of the Transit Oriented Communities program and other priority initiatives.

Tania Bourassa-Ochoa

Tania is a finance and housing economist who has led a diverse portfolio of research projects aiming to promote stable and affordable markets. During the years, she has developed specialized expertise in housing finance across residential and multi-unit mortgage markets. Over her 10-year tenure at CMHC, Tania has successfully led multiple national data strategies, contributed to the development of new data platforms, and produced flagship reports for the financial industry. Prior to focusing on housing finance, Tania worked as a market analyst for Montréal and Trois-Rivières, gaining valuable insights into various aspects of the housing ecosystem. Driven by a passion for leveraging on-field narratives combined to data-driven analysis, Tania remains at the forefront of innovative research.
