Subject: Now Open: Call for Climate and Infrastructure Experts

Hi Friend,

Is your firm a leader in wildfire resilient infrastructure, green infrastructure, or energy efficient solutions?

We're launching a targeted call to expand the CRIS Roster of Climate and Infrastructure Experts, with a focus on high-priority areas. We’re especially seeking firms and independent contractors with expertise in:

  • Assessing climate hazards such as flooding, wildfire, permafrost thaw, and extreme weather,

  • Wildfire prevention and resilience for infrastructure and community buildings,

  • Green infrastructure and nature-based solutions,

  • Energy efficiency retrofits.

You can find the full list of high priority areas and eligibility requirements on our website. If your team works in these areas, we encourage you to apply before the deadline on June 30th to support communities adapting to climate change.

Why Join the CRIS Roster?

As a CRIS Roster Expert, you can be matched with communities looking to integrate adaptation and mitigation measures into their public infrastructure. This is a paid opportunity to develop options reports and materials to guide climate-ready infrastructure projects.

Outcomes include technical options reports, presentations, and other materials that help local governments understand practical and cost-effective options for adapting to and mitigating climate risks through resilient infrastructure.
