Subject: Sharing journeys

Hi Friend,

My partner Kristine and I are in the midst of our trip to the UK. I wrote this from the home of a former remembering student in Wales, surrounded by bleating sheep and soft misty rain, children playing and a wood-burning stove keeping warm a tea kettle in a kitchen fireplace that’s been the spot of family gatherings for centuries.

As expected, this trip, which has included leading /speaking/teaching and contributing to three distinct gatherings/workshops, has come with many learnings and questions. Questions of remembering. Questions of ancestry and belonging.  Questions of future institutions. Of land, oceans, migrations, and re-wilding.

There’s been enough interest in this particular journey of ours that we thought it would be fun to offer an open reflective webinar for friends and fellow travelers.  We will share some of the questions and insights that have emerged from this trip. (We might share a few photos for context but don’t worry, this is not a, look at all our cool pictures, and gatherings!) This is only to share our reflections/learnings.

We plan to gather: on May 30, Tuesday, 1 pm ET for about an hour.
