Subject: Reflect 2023 with us: A short survey

It's easy to get caught up in the overwhelm of this moment. Maybe it's the climate-induced flooding in Chennai; the war/genocide in Gaza; or the pressure to meet year-end deadlines. And if that is where you are, then let this be a note of encouragement to know that you are not alone. Trust your knowing.

And perhaps you would enjoy taking a few moments to reflect with us.

As part of our Circular time offerings, we always engage in year-turning reflections at social, ecological, economic, political, as well as personal intersections.

We thought it would be fun to invite you into some of the larger processes, as well as join in on our circular time offering. So we created a brief survey where we are inviting you to share some of your favorite aspects and what you see as some of the most important trends of 2023. We will reflect on what comes back to everyone on this list serve. :-)

One of the things we are excited about offering in 2024 is our What Lies Beneath Class on some of the stories of the Haudenosaunee people. It's an entry into a different way of knowing and being, one that invites a different set of relationships. It's a set of stories. Winter is a good time for storytelling. For quiet, and for letting a different imagination emerge. If you want to learn more about the course, please do join our information session this coming Tuesday.

Best,

Sara Jolena
