Why do you fight?
The reason is simple.
When you were born, you were free, creative and full of agency and power.
Your heart(soul) had enthusiasm and optimism for life.
But unfortunately society had its impact on you.
It taught you that nothing in this life is free.
It taught you that if you don’t fight, you die.
It showed you that people don’t get what they want.
„The world is cruel and there’s nothing you can do about it.”
But is it?
This is the operating system we’re given by society.
But honestly….it’s shit.
Fucking awful.
And definitely not true.
Time to update your beliefs for ones that actually benefit you instead of crushing your soul.
1) Let go of your "warrior" identity
The reason you feel like you need to fight is because, deep down, you believe it’s glorious and right.
You want to be a warrior—someone who wins against the world.
Your hidden emotions (anger, sadness, guilt), make you blind.
Time to open your eyes.
The universe/God doesn’t want to fight with you.
It actually wants the best for you.
It has a lot of love for you and it gives you protection.
It’s your belief system that keeps you in fight-or-flight mode.
Imagine this:
You need to swim in a river.
There are two ways you can do this:
A) Swim with the direction of the river - with the current (easy)
B) Swim against the direction of the river - against the current. (very hard)
Both get you to the same destination.
Which would you choose?
Obviously A.
But in your life there are hundreds of situations where instead of going with the flow, you make it harder for yourself.
The warrior goes against the river to prove how great he is—and believes using the flow is immoral (because that’s what he was taught).
The free individual looks at the situation without emotions and chooses the most optimal option.
Realize that the world has your back. Stop trying to fight it.
2) Surrender to the moment
You aren’t a god.
You can’t control the universe.
So instead of trying to control it, let go and let it do what it needs to do.
If you are a warrior-type, this will be a hard battle for you.
It was for me.
I strongly regret not doing it earlier.
I would’ve enjoyed building my life so much more—the business, the relationship, the body.
Surrender isn’t giving up. It’s dropping useless resistance so you can use your power where it matters the most.
If you don’t, just accept that you will feel like you are struggling for the rest of your life.
3) Go with the flow.
The warrior believes he needs to fight for what he wants.
The free individual just takes it.
He doesn’t ask, demand or struggle for it.
He simple goes ahead and gets it.
The universe is a very efficient and harmonious place.
The way to get what you want is to stop overcomplicating it.
Everything can be done a lot more simply than you think.
Simplicity is the key.
Decide on what you want—and reach for it.
Don’t fight with the river.
Swim with it and let it carry you forward.
In practice this might mean:
Stay sharp,
