Last time I shared an experience I had on September 9, 2026, wherein I encountered the Angels of the 9Rs. In that experience, the Angels of the 9Rs pulled me up into their world. We stood face to face.

They stood shoulder to shoulder, with specific instruments in their hands. Without words, I knew who they were and the names of each one. There was such intensity emanating from them and the experience was incredibly overwhelming.

They moved toward me, three at a time, in accordance with their instruments. We communicated; they nodded and then took flight to their designated arena. This was repeated with each group. They were assigned to different locations depending on the condition of that region.

The final group (the Oil Angels) stood before me the longest. The vessels they held had leaves imprinted on them. Leaves are mentioned in Ezekiel 47:12, and Revelation 22:2 to be for the healing of the nations. They deposited something within me, then poured the oil over me. Then, like the others, they went off to continue their work in and through the nation.

Last time we discussed the multi-faceted role of angels in Scripture along with information on the instruments they carried. The more I pray about the experience with the “Angels of the 9Rs” and the word of the Lord for 2027 “The Year of Separation” the more I understand why the Angels of the 9Rs brought me up into their realm to show me the work of their hands. I believe it’s symbolic of the separation the Lord wants us to go through to remove that which pulls our attention away from the Word and prayer so we can not only dedicate ourselves to His work but be equipped for our call.

The angels and the instruments they carried are once again, as follows:

The instruments they held Plow, Prune, and Pour to bring about God’s heavenly will here on earth. The examples I shared from Scripture last week involved the Lord sending His angelic host at pivotal moments in the Abrahamic or Davidic Covenant where the situation required heavenly intervention. In other words, His angelic host had to be dispatched to ensure it was fulfilled.

The same holds true for America today, and I believe that is why the Lord allowed me to see them now. We are at a pivotal moment.

Let’s look briefly at the first group of 9R Angels. I’ll also provide some Scripture that I encourage you to read later. Finally, I will share something I believe will help us visualize, in the natural, what the Angels of the 9Rs do in partnership with God’s people.

Plowshare Angels – Repentance, Revolution, Reclamation

1) Angel of Repentance –the ground it broken. Repentance involves breaking spiritual hardness, cutting away the foreskin of your heart (this is the natural inclination to sin) and a return to the Lord. This is personal to repent.

3 For thus saith the Lord to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns.

4 Circumcise yourselves to the Lord, and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.

Christians often think because we are under the blood, we will not face national consequences, judgment or discipline for sins committed. This is not accurate. Sins that open a nation up to discipline or judgment are idolatry and bloodletting. This is displayed in a variety of ways, such as removing Bible and prayer from schools, removing the 10 Commandments from our courtrooms (this is a rejection of God’s Law, which our own laws are based upon), mistreatment of widows and orphans, abortion, and human trafficking, I would also add the trafficking of children’s minds through academic indoctrination.

The truth is these sins are the by-product of a nation wherein the people stopped pursuing God. They slowly pull away from Him until they are actively rebelling against His Law. They enter compromise with the world, and ultimately, engage in the same atrocities against God and their fellow man that the world does.

We can read of these sins and the consequences in Jeremiah 7:1-15, Joel 2:11-18, Hosea 10:12, Ezekiel 6:8-12, and Ezekiel 14. I encourage you to spend time in the Word reading these passages and even list the sins these prophets warned would bring judgment. If you are new, this will help you understand why we repent over the things we repent over. Even if you do not personally engage in these sins, identificational repentance comforts the heart of God. Consider Daniel 9, Ezra 9, and Nehemiah 9 for examples of identificational repentance and personal repentance.

You can add 2 Chronicles 5-7. The impact of personal, Church and national sin is repeated in these chapters in a prayerful exchange between the Lord and Soloman during the dedication of the Temple in Jerusalem. This is one of the most holy outpourings of the glory of God in the Old Covenant and as such, we should take note of the events and the topics of prayer. Sin multiplied across the land opens the nation up for judgment. Solomon lists them in his intercession as he dedicates the Temple in Jerusalem. The consequence of sin according to Solomon would be:

The only way to thwart that judgment is repentance. (2 Chronicles 7:14) Repentance is personal, corporate and national. In Joel 2:11-18, the call is for young and old alike to fast, weep and mourn between the porch and the altar—this is intercession—to break up the fallow ground. The altar was where the sacrifice was made, the porch is where both worship and intercession were done by the priests as well as the people who entered the Temple.

The ground must first be broken and turned toward God, this is how He separates us from the world and unto Himself and then He prepares the ground for harvest.

In Hosea 10:12, repentance coupled with sowing in righteousness brings a response from God—He will rain righteousness upon us. What does that mean? If the people turn to God, follow His Law (this is an outward expression of the internal change within the heart of the believer) the result is an outpouring from God. We want to see leadership repent, laws change, purifying of academia? It begins with us.

2) The Angel of Revolution—the ground is turned over and the entrenched conditions, structures and systems that oppose God’s intended order are exposed.

Deuteronomy 12:3 speaks to this: the Lord commanded the Israelites to overthrow the altars, break the pillars, and burn the groves with fire as they entered the promised land. They were to destroy even the names of the Canaanite gods from that place. That is a true Revolution beyond the power of men, they need the assistance of the heavenly host. All corruption and sin must be exposed to effectively be dealt with.

3) Angel of Reclamation – the broken and overturned ground is recovered for its intended purpose.

Isaiah brings the promise of reclamation into full view for us!

12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

The book of Joshua depicts the deep work of all three of the Plowshare Angels. Joshua was not only a warrior, but he was also an intercessor –supported by the Angel of Repentance. He spent most of his time separated outside the camp in the Tabernacle of Meeting (Exodus 33:7-11). The old guard wandered in the desert while the youth were experiencing a revolution to equip them for the reclamation that would soon come, and Joshua remained immersed in prayer and the Torah to equip him to lead the nation in the battles that lay ahead.

Joshua gives us an excellent example of the work of the Angel of Revolution and the Angel of Reclamation in action. He led the Israelites in to expose the foundations that did not align with God’s intended purposes (it was entrenched in idolatry) then he led them to reclaim the land of the Abrahamic Covenant for the Kingdom of God. Through the work of Reclamation, the ground was reclaimed from its foundation upward. It’s deep, it’s thorough, and done in partnership with the Lord’s obedient servants.

The Plowshare Angels—the Angels of Repentance, Revolution and Reclamation partnered with Joshua and the Israelites to fulfill the Covenant.

I asked the Lord to give me an example that I can share with you to demonstrate how the Plowshare Angels are working with us today. Over the past week, He’s been answering my prayer through dreams, recalling experiences, and speaking to me throughout the night to demonstrate how and when the Angels of Repentance, Revolution, and Reclamation operated with us to overturn Roe v Wade.

The work of the Gathering of the Eagles began in the fall of 1999. We spent the first three years weeping over the sins against the Native Americans. Next, we moved into three years of weeping over the sins of slavery and the many atrocities done in our nation against the Africans, the African Americans and the Black race. In 2006, we transitioned to Abortion. Each of these issues are bloodletting issues and open the door to judgment, the kind of judgment the prophets of old warned about – war, drought, famine, plagues, and captivity. (2 Chronicles 5-7, Ezekiel 14, Ezekiel 6:8-10.)

We wept bitterly for each of these issues, all are dear to my heart, however, the Lord told me there was a commission upon me to see Roe v Wade overturned and if I agreed and was obedient, I would see it overturned in my lifetime. I felt the commission the moment it came upon me. I am not the only one who carried this, I know there are others, Dutch Sheets is one of them, but I am sharing my own experience as the Lord brought back to me.

This was an incredibly challenging commission as it required much research and prayer, and breaking through the ground took intensive repentance. I honestly felt as though we were working to break through the fallow ground with a spoon instead of a plowshare—it took a very long time with minimal visible impact.

In July of 2007 we had our Fremont Gathering. The GOEs are always special here; they are held at Pastor Grace’s place, Fremont Forerunner Christian Church. We were not even a year into our fight against abortion, but I sensed a special anointing upon this GOE. We spent a portion of our time praying over human trafficking, and when the Lord instructed us to focus on abortion, it quickly became very intense. We spent a great deal of time crying out to God with deep travailing prayers. The Bible says to rend your heart and not your garments (Joel 2), our hearts were rent before God. I had never experienced intercessions like this before.

Every time I was handed the microphone I would go up to kneel on the steps of the altar and be thrust straight into heavy travail. The Lord gave me visions of abortions occurring from within the womb, they were horrible. I hardly slept and when I did, I had dreams of babies at about 10 to 12 weeks gestation being aborted then ground up in stone spice grinders to be consumed by the wealthy elite to retain their youth and vitality. They laughed as they knowingly consumed the remains of children (I later learned this happens in LA Spas). I cried out to God. I felt as though everything I had was laid at the altar each session and when I walked out of the church, I honestly did not know how I’d have the strength to return. It was physically, spiritually and emotionally exhausting.

One of the visions I had was of Jesus, He was weeping as He dug through huge trash bags, He kept crying out: “I have to find each part, every piece, I know it is all here, I have to find it!” I asked Him what He was doing and what He meant and He continued to repeat those words. Finally, I was allowed to see what was in the trash bags; they were full of aborted baby parts. I will never unsee that vision. When I shared it I began to weep like never before. The intercessors cried out to God as well. I was becoming so weary, Luzy, one of our team members who’s gone on to be with the Lord, came up and sat with her back to mine to support me on the steps of the altar and we shared the burden of the intercession for the remainder of the session.

I’d been weeping the whole week; I was losing strength. What most did not know was that I was also dealing with horrific migraines. Crying with a headache is horrible, interceding with a migraine is unbearable. I was unable to eat, I hardly slept, and between sessions I would go back to my room and put ice from the hotel ice maker into the small bathroom trash bags and wrap them around my head.

Every time I closed my eyes, I saw Jesus as He collected the pieces of those babies, and no matter what I was personally experiencing, that compelled me to return to finish what He’d called us to that week. Mom helped me understand later that perseverance through that agony brings greater breakthrough in the end.

I relived that entire journey this week. Piece by piece the Lord walked me through it all, this time, however, He showed me the Angel of Repentance operating in the room. He moved about the room to strengthen each intercessor as we prayed. His presence also gave us the grace to pray through the issues with greater intensity. With each session we went higher in our intercessions because we were touched and strengthened by the Angel of Repentance.

Suddenly I saw something incredible!! I saw the Angel of Repentance take the plowshare and break clear through that hardened ground. Light pierced the earth!

This was the beginning of three years of intense intercession over abortion. I personally was shown things I will never unsee during those years. Every year we’d go back to Fremont and intercede over critical issues so layer by layer, we could break through the ground and prepare it for the Angel of Revolution. I shared the information about Fremont because these provided pivotal moments that I could anchor to, it seemed the Lord unpacked it that way and we interceded over the revelations of the GOEs held at that Church year after year.

I want to add this: the Lord sends the Angel of Repentance for every GOE, if you have felt like you could not continue as fatigue and grief were stripping you of your strength, then suddenly you have the strength to press through, you have been touched by the Angel of Repentance.

Exposure: Three years later, during our 2010, Fremont GOE, a breakthrough no one expected came. Kermit Gosnell’s clinic was raided in a coordinated operation between the FBI and Pennsylvania State Police. Gosnell was the abortion doctor who from 2006-2010 performed thousands of abortions—many of which were late term—amid horrific conditions. In addition, investigators discovered hundreds of trash bags with the bodies of aborted babies stored in squalid conditions. Remember the vision of Jesus looking through the trash bags? Repentance broke through, breaking the hardened ground, turning it toward God.

When Gosnell’s story made the headlines, it opened the eyes of the American people to the atrocities of the abortion industry. This is the direct work of the Angel of Revolution—the ground is overturned, exposing entrenched conditions, structures and systems that oppose God’s intended order.

Revolution: A movement began to occur in the land. The Angel of Revolution marked those who would lead the way to unravel the deceptive Roe v Wade case that secured the bloodletting of abortion as a Constitutional right. Roe v Wade gave legal grounds to the enemy, linking bloodletting directly to our Constitution which opened our nation up to severe judgment. What judgment? The events of 9/11 were judgment on America for the sin of abortion. If we did not overturn this, we would be headed to something much greater.

This was truly a race against time. I knew there was a marker in time for this to be done—the 50-year anniversary of Roe v Wade.

Over the course of the next few years, the Angel of Revolution took his plowshare and turned the soil to expose the entrenched systems provoking Constitutional lawyers to prepare. Most in their field knew there was a strong legal standing to have Roe v Wade overturned should the right case present itself—even Ruth Bader Ginsburg knew it was ripe for overturning. They also knew taking on the giant—that system of abortion—would be met with intense opposition. The Angel of Revolution provoked them to prepare despite the risk, and they kept watch for the opportunity. They needed two things: the case that would get them before the Supreme Court and a Supreme Court who would be willing to hear the case. Both, equally important.

The Angel of Revolution, plowshare in hand, dug deep and overturned much. When the plowshares are thrust into the soil, they overturn everything—both the bad and the good.

The Angel of Revolution was preparing the land for the Jubilee, the 50-year mark that would set the captives—the preborn—free. He feverishly turned over the soil and exposed the beauty of Life in the womb, prepared the legal teams that would operate through the Dobbs trial, while at the same time, exposed the horrors of the abortion industry to the public.

The beauty—technology was catching up; 3D ultrasounds gave families the ability to see their babies in a way that was very tangible. Social media was also advancing rapidly, and these images spread across social media platforms opening the eyes of people to the wonder of life in the womb. The news of premature babies who were surviving and thriving spread across social media as well. My daughter has two friends who had babies so early, they were classified as micro-preemies. One as early as 24 weeks, but he survived and today is thriving!

The horrors—2015, in my home state of California, David Daleidan a savvy undercover reporter, had lunch in an upscale restaurant where he filmed a detailed discussion with the head of Planned Parenthood. They discuss the fetal tissue harvesting for profit, and navigating the legalities since selling baby body parts is illegal. She ate her salad and smiled while discussing tearing a third-trimester baby apart, limb by limb methodically so they could ensure the arm, leg, and organs are adequately preserved for “research purposes” upon request. There were two other hidden camera ops, one with Dr. Mary Gatter, another executive and the third at National Abortion Federation convention—this one was the most atrocious as abortionists likened late term abortions to gym workouts. These were released in several installments on social media. Through these we learn the lucrative business of “donated fetal tissue” to research facilities and how Planned Parenthood manipulates the system to achieve the highest financial reward. Kamala Harris fought for years to put David in jail instead of going after Planned Parenthood.

Another horror—in 2019, Dr. Ulrich Klopfer died. Upon his death, his family uncovered the horrors of his career as an abortion provider right in his Michigan home. We thought Gosnell was a monster, Klopfer surpassed his atrocities. He murdered 30K-50K babies, most of which were late term pregnancies and often in girls under 15. We later learned many of those were rape victims, one as young as 10 and yet, he never reported them. (I believe he was likely partnered up with human traffickers.) Upon his death, investigators found the remains of 2411 babies stored in and around his home and vehicle in bags, containers, and so on.

Remember, the Angel of Revolution exposes the entrenched conditions, structures and systems that oppose God’s intended order. We are almost ready for the Angel of Reclamation; the last Plowshare Angel, he recovers the ground for its intended purpose.

The Case: March 19, 2018 (my youngest son’s birthday) Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant signed House Bill 1510, the Gestational Age Act. It banned most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. This was the catalyst for the overturning of Roe v Wade. Bryant was prepared for the lawsuits that would follow.

The next day, Jackson Women’s Health Organization (Mississippi’s last abortion clinic) filed a lawsuit in federal district court, arguing the 15-week ban violates Roe and Casey because there is a pre-viability ban. Thomas E. Dobbs, Mississippi’s state health officer, is named as the defendant. A temporary block was granted and the legal battles ensued. Repentance, and Revolution are working.

This will begin a two-and-a-half-year legal battle as we climb the tiers of justice enroute to the Supreme Court on December 1, 2021.

The Court: between 2017 and 2020, President Trump successfully nominates three conservative Justices to the Supreme Court providing us with the Court that was willing to hear the case! It’s important to note, this is not so we will win unjustly, the reality is, conservatives tend to follow and abide by the law, not manipulate it to pursue political agendas.

The enemy came in like a flood to try to stop this, chaos ensued after a leaked draft majority opinion stating that Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey should be overturned. The Pro-Abortion giants came unglued, pro-abortion activists threatened the Justices and their children. Assassination attempts were thwarted, but the conservative Justices refused to allow public opinion and threats on their lives to impact Justice.

Roe v Wade was never a Constitutional issue, the Supreme Court never should have heard it, and Repentance and Revolution were paving the way for Reclamation of God’s intended order in the Supreme Court and our nation

June 24, 2022 (my youngest daughter’s birthday) the Supreme Court released its decision, Roe and Casey were overruled, the bloodletting of abortion was finally severed from our Constitution thereby releasing its destructive hold on our nation. In the year of Jubilee, America as a nation was finally set free from the legal bondage the blood of the innocent brings us under.

The issue of protecting life in the womb has been sent back to the states and it’s a fight we must continue to fight wholeheartedly. On a national level, the curse was broken!

Do you understand!?! The Angel of Repentance moved upon Mom to accept the call! He moved upon us to embark on a journey to repent for the deepest darkest moments in our nation’s history that together, we might break through the fallow ground that sin created. He strengthened the intercessors to endure weeping the most grievous things imaginable because he was preparing the ground for Revolution!

The Angel of Revolution turned the soil over, unearthing the entrenched conditions and structures that oppose God’s intended order, so the Angel of Reclamation could recover the ground for its intended purpose.

Do you see it!?! The Angel of Revolution moved upon the people of Mississippi to elect people who wanted abortion brought to end in their state. The Angel of Reclamation moved upon and granted Mississippi Gov. Bryant the boldness to act and equipped him for the fight to reclaim Mississippi as a prolife state! This was the catalyst!

The Angel of Reclamation moved upon Trump to run for office to take back America and in 2017 proclaim that every life deserved protection from the moment of conception. This was war against the establishment, but as President, he reclaimed America for life! It angered the enemy and ignited the people of God to engage in the fight for life!

The Angel of Repentance was thrusting the plowshare in the earth to uncover the horrors of Gosnell, of Planned Parenthood, of Klopfer which stirred the heart of the people to partner with the Angel of Revolution and overturn the entrenched conditions of abortion!!

The Angel of Reclamation moved upon those three justices to accept the nomination and go in and reclaim the Supreme Court for God’s intended purposes!

The Angel of Revolution moved upon the Constitutional lawyers to keep watch and build the case to overturn Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey the moment the opportunity arose! And the Angel of Reclamation moved while all these things were in motion to reclaim the essence of the Preamble of our Constitution!

The Preamble of our Constitution states that it was written to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. Our children are our posterity. To then grant a woman the right to kill her pre-born posterity is contrary to the intention of the writers of the Constiution. What about the Constitutional rights of the baby, a preborn citizen?! People from all over the world come here to deliver their anchor babies, why? Because they know that citizenship begins in the womb! It’s time the Church, the Christians, and the people of this country recognize it as well!

As I said earlier, even the late Justice Ginsberg stated that Roe v Wade was not a constitutional issue and never should never have been heard by the Supreme Court. God was reclaiming the highest court in our land for His purposes!

The Lord sent the Angels of the 9Rs to partner with the intercessors to overturn Roe v Wade and this example is exactly how the Plowshare Angels operate—they break the ground, turn it over to expose the entrenched conditions, structures and systems that oppose God’s intended order, then they reclaim, or recover it for God’s intended purposes! Lean into the Lord even when you are weary my friends, He sent His ministering angels to help us in this fight to save a nation, we are not alone!
