Quick review: I had an experience September 9, 2026, wherein I encountered the Angels of the 9Rs. In that experience, the Angels of the 9Rs pulled me up into their world and we stood face to face.

The angels and the instruments they carried are as follows:

• Plowshare Angels – Repentance, Revolution, Reclamation
• Pruning Hook Angels – Revelation, Renewal, Reformation
• Oil Angels – Revival, Restoration, Reconciliation

It’s important to remember, the instruments of the 9R Angels Plow, Prune, and Pour to bring about God’s heavenly will here on earth.

They stood shoulder to shoulder, with specific instruments in their hands. There was great intensity and holiness emanating from them. The overall experience was incredibly overwhelming and to be honest, is still difficult to convey. It has been lifechanging for me. I believe it has the potential to be lifechanging for the intercessors who stand in the gap for both the nation and the Church if they will receive and embrace the revelation of their presence as they are actively partnering with us in our prayers.

They moved toward me, three at a time, grouped according to their instruments. Which instrument they carry is significant to the work they do. We communicated; they nodded and then took flight to their designated arena. This was repeated with each group. They were assigned to different locations depending on either the need or the advancement of that region.

The final group (the Oil Angels) stood before me the longest. The vessels they held had leaves imprinted on them. They deposited something in me, then poured the oil over me. Then, like the others, flew off to continue their work in the nation.

I watched as they approached and deposited the oil on certain people around the country. I believe these are prophetic intercessors. Next, they proceeded to pour the oil they carried over the land. The land received the oil, and it seemed to come to life, responding instantly to the deposits. Life came forth like never before.

I believe the Lord opened my eyes to see this because He wants us to be aware and prepare; there is going to be a tremendous work accomplished in the nation in the next season. To know we are not alone in our efforts can be transformative. I’ve seen angels since I was a child, but I've never seen the partnership between intercessors and the heavenly host as much as I have in this past year. We must see this; the Lord is revealing it for a reason, and I believe it is because an advancement is coming to the intercessors. He is going to release a higher anointing that will allow us to be more effective intercessors and warriors in this fight to save the nation.

The Lord wants us to actively partner with the Angels of the 9Rs in this fight and the impression I continue to receive is that it is important we are aware that we are not alone, it will help us fulfill our call more effectively. This is part of His calling upon our lives. It is His will to save the nation, and if we can step out in faith believing that, then link that faith with Heaven's plans and purposes in the earth, we will be an unstoppable force in the earth.

I shared this in part one, but it serves us well to remember: when the Lord said 2027 was the Year of Separation, He was saying that He is going to separate out the hardness in our hearts, carve us out of this world system, and cause us to be malleable, soft, and useable by Him for His plans and purposes. What purposes? Saving a nation.

This is necessary for us to have a partnership with the Angelic Host, especially those of the 9 Rs.

Angels stand in the presence of our Holy God to receive their commissioning, so to stand in the presence of the Angels of the 9Rs is to feel the presence of His holiness; I wept involuntarily the moment they stood before me and this experience left me weeping for some time. I know this is also an important element of what the Lord is conveying right now. This is a very holy work; it’s been commissioned by the Lord to be executed by His heavenly host in partnership with His intercessors. Do not take this lightly.

Last time we discussed the work of the “Pruning Hook Angels” then I shared how the pruning hook angels have been working in our nation to pave the way for the exposure and victories we see today. I also shared that God is going to take the Church through a deep pruning and while the next year is going to be challenging, it is a necessary work.

Today, we are covering the “Oil Angels”. I want to discuss their work in the intercessor, the Church, and the nation.

In the experience, I shared that: the “Oil Angels” stood before me the longest. The vessels they held had leaves imprinted on them. They deposited something in me, then poured the oil over me. Then they flew off to continue their work in the nation.

The Oil Angels –Revival, Restoration, and Reconciliation. The Oil represents the activity of the Spirit of the Lord!

“Angel of Revival” –Revival brings a fresh, divine empowerment by the Spirit. It’s poured out on the vessels of God and then upon the nation itself. Revival does what cannot be accomplished merely through human power, it requires the activity of the Spirit.

Zechariah was a prophet at the time of the return of the exiles as they rebuilt the Temple. He had significant interaction with Angels. In fact, I believe he was second only to Daniel. In Zechariah 4, the angel woke him up to deliver a message to Governor Zerubbabel as they rebuilt the temple. The battle was fierce and the Lord wanted him to know the work he was doing served a higher purpose, he was anointed for it, and the Lord would provide the strength necessary to complete what he’d been sent to do.

“6 Then he said to me, This (addition of the bowl to the candlestick, causing it to yield a ceaseless supply of oil from the olive trees) is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit (of Whom the oil is a symbol), says the Lord of hosts.”

In Acts 4 Peter and John had their first clash with the authorities after the man at the Gate Beautiful who’d been paralyzed since birth was healed. Throughout this chapter we see the repeated words: “boldness” “power” and “authority” –the Bible adds “of unlearned men”. The ministry Peter and John walked in was the direct result of the Spirit of the Lord.

When we are saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit, we are empowered by the Spirit of the Lord to do that which He created us to do. Under persecution, amid preparations for advancement in our call, or to ignite within us a renewed fire, the oil of the Spirit is poured upon us. He gives us boldness, enables us to walk in His power, and then function with His authority. After their imprisonment, Peter and John return to the others and recount the details. Then they pray the following:

“29 And now, Lord, observe their threats and grant to Your bond servants (full freedom) to declare Your message fearlessly, 30 While You stretch out Your hand to cure and to perform signs and wonders through the authority and by the power of the name of Your holy Child and Servant Jesus.

31 And when they had prayed, the place in which they were assembled was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they continued to speak the Word of God with freedom and boldness and courage.”

We are in Revival, more than that, it is a Revival accompanied by the Awakening much like we see in the book of Acts. God is releasing His angelic host of the 9Rs to anoint His vessels to function and flow in this season. Identifying this encourages us when the enemy is fighting so hard to stop us. We may not be in prison for our work, but the enemy creates other types of prisons to bind up the work of our intercession. From sickness to distraction to technology to fear, even deception, these are prisons that bring people to a grinding halt.

 
Their prayer was for boldness, power, and authority. I can promise you, an Angel of Revival landing on the roof of the house to pour out the oil in response to their prayer would result in some shaking and as we choose to pray rather than succumb, it would surely break the bondage off our minds as well.

October 13, I was in prayer and the Lord opened my eyes to see an anointing on pastors to give them the boldness and the fire to declare His Word. As intercessors, this is one way we can pray for the Church: pray for the passion, the fire, the boldness to rise within them according to Acts 4:29-31.

Angel of Restoration- the anointing repairs devastation and rebuilds what has been ruined.

We can pull from Zechariah four again. Zech 4:7-10 as this message was prophetically spoken to Zerubbabel regarding the obstacles (people) challenging him. He was anointed by God, not man, to rebuild the temple that was devastated by the Babylonians. The Lord was confirming via an angelic host to the prophet Zechariah, that it was time for their restoration!

“7 For who are you, O great mountain (of human obstacles)? Before Zerubbabel (who with Joshua had led the return of the exiles from Babylon and was undertaking the rebuilding of the temple, before him) you shall become a plain (a mere (a)molehill)! And he shall bring forth the finishing gable stone (of the new temple) with loud shoutings of the people, crying, Grace, grace to it!

8 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundations of this house; his hands shall also finish it. Then you shall know (recognize and understand) that the Lord of hosts has sent me (His messenger) to you. 10 Who (with reason) despises the day of small things? For these seven shall rejoice when they see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel. (These seven) are the eyes of the Lord which run to and fro throughout the whole earth.”

These seven eyes of the Lord are the Seven Spirits of God as spoken in Isaiah 11:1-3. Those same Seven Spirits come through those who’ve set themselves apart for the work of the Lord. Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit of Wisdom, the Spirit of Understanding, the Spirit of Council, the Spirit of Might, the Spirit of Knowledge, and the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord. We have no idea what is available to us if we separate ourselves unto the Lord for His work.

This is a mighty call to the intercessor, challenging us not to look at obstacles standing in our way or get tripped up over them but instead, to trust the path God is leading us on. God is rebuilding our nation from the ground up so it can fulfill its destiny as a nation. As intercessors, we must partner with Him in these repairs knowing, we’ve been anointed by His Angelic Host for the Restoration of our nation!

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; And they shall rebuild the old ruins, They shall raise up the former desolations,
And they shall repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many generations.”

The Angel of Reconciliation—heals breaches and brings relationships into proper unity.

Why is this necessary? Consider just a moment: how has the enemy has fought to divide the Church from God? Replacement theology—which divides the Church from the root. Liberal theology—this holds to the notion that the Bible is allegorical not factual thereby dividing the Church from truth. Suppression of Holy Spirit—thereby dividing the Church from one-third of the Godhead.

They added disunity in the body of Christ through seeker friendly churches which can not reconcile men to God. They embraced bloodletting (abortion and transgenderism both of which cut off the generations of not just the one aborted or transitioned, but every child that would have come through their lineage)—and now not only have they divided the church on the issue, but they’ve also opened the church to judgment rather than relationship.

Each one of these issues create disunity with God and our fellow man.

What about other methods of division? The family unit, the races, the genders, the states, even political parties are being divided up into subgroups today. Why? To create chaos and confusion and prepare our nation for an invasion. The intercessors have been anointed to reconcile them all! Why? Because God is planning an entirely different type of invasion, and it begins with the partnership with Angels of the 9Rs!

The Angel of Reconciliation is moving to reverse what the enemy has done. Many in the Church have become divided over conspiratorial issues and issues contrary to God’s Word and today, they are missing what God has actually done in the nation. It’s time we reconcile them to truth!

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments.”

I asked the Lord for an example of the work of the intercessors in partnership with the Oil Angels. This is what He gave me:

Katrina hit in 2005, leaving those in the region feeling abandoned, hopeless, and deeply wounded. Those wounds were not seen in passing, but they could certainly be felt with each encounter. Interactions were difficult due to the deep grief that rested like a dark cloud over the region.

In 2008, the Lord sent us in… Our ministry opened a satellite office in the heart of where Katrina hit. I’ll never forget stepping off the plane in New Orleans as the pain of death lingered in the air. The waterlines on houses served as scars to their internal pain, a constant reminder that they were once buried under 3 feet of water for weeks before it slowly receded.

In neighborhood after neighborhood, refurbished houses stood next to abandoned and condemned homes, we saw the same thing in business districts. Buildings sat abandoned until someone came along who would restore purpose and value to the decay and rot left behind. External evidence of the internal pain that remained.

We refurbished two buildings to use for Revival and while we experienced great difficulty partnering with the local churches, we understood the people were broken and distrustful of outsiders. Yet, the Lord kept us there to plow, to prune, and to anoint for three solid years. Week after week we repented. We held Gatherings and revival meetings there in the Sanctuary. Monday-Friday we livestreamed intercessory meetings in the morning, covering a different time zone in our prayers each day. On Thursday and Friday nights we held teaching and prayer sessions to rebuild the waste places. We repented, we wept, we interceded in New Orleans, breaking the legal hold that allowed the enemy to operate. We then sowed righteousness in its place through Biblical instruction. We cried out to God to send us Revival, Restoration, Reconciliation.

For three years we plowed, pruned and poured, and when the Lord called us to go, we went.

I often wondered why the Lord kept us there so long, we—with the help of our donors—invested so much financially, and yet it seemed the people were not ready for Revival.

Two weeks ago, the Lord spoke to me about why He sent us there. He said “I sent you there to save the nation”. Throughout the time spent in NOLA, we plowed, we pruned, and we poured, and God even gave us the revelation of Joel’s Army and the Angels of the 5Rs (back then). However, the deep work we were doing was paving the way for God to rain down righteousness in the form of a man who would reconcile our nation back to God from the legislative branch.

That person is Mike Johnson. Our work, in partnership with the Angels of the 9Rs, paved the way for his rise to power.

Mike Johnson began as a Representative for Louisiana, but in less than 10 years into his political career, God chose to elevate him to a position of power and authority in our nation. As Speaker of the House, he’s 3rd in line for the Presidency.

Mike Johnson was elected to the Louisianna House of Representatives in 2015 and two years later to the U.S. House of Representatives.

He was elected Speaker of the House in 2023 and here’s another layer I want to add:

September 22, 2023, on the last session of the SEA GOE, Mom saw the King of Glory on His throne over the nation. He spoke the following on that day: ”because of your intercessions in this Gathering, I have a new place in America from which to reign. I will be reigning in this country as I have never before. Because you prayed, I am going to do things in this nation you have never seen before! I am now going to pull out the bad root only to pour into you a tree of abundance, a tree of praise, a tree of glory for My dominion in this place!”

The Lord let her know that this opened the door for Mike Johnson to become House Speaker. What began in NOLA years earlier, was solidified in the Seattle GOE. The fruit of that work was the vote and installment of Mike Johnson to Speaker of the House within just a few days.

Speaker Johnson is possibly the most pro-life Speaker we’ve had in my lifetime. He supports a nationwide abortion ban and ending same-sex marriage. Why is this important? Our leaders reflect our own ideals and what God demonstrated for us is that a pro-life, pro-marriage candidate can rise to power and fight for America from the legislative branch successfully! He is a gift.

Over the course of the last 26 years of intercession, we’ve made greater headway in our nation than we realize! So, yes, there is a deep internal work occurring in the heart of the people!

Speaker Johnson comes across so meek and mild, but the strength he carries in the spirit of meekness takes on the giants of our day. He operates under the anointing of the Seven Spirits of God in a way few understand.

 
Under Speaker Johnson’s leadership, there are weekly prayer meetings and Bible studies in the Halls of Congress! He’s a very strong Christian and having the opportunity to be on a prayer meeting with and for him, I can attest to the genuineness of his faith, and the fierceness with which he fights for America. Speaker Johnson is the fruit of breaking up the hardened ground and preparing it for harvest.

I’ll never look at the work we’ve done, or the work we do today the same. God moves in ways we cannot possibly understand at times.

In the experience, I saw the Oil Angels pour the oil over the intercessors, particularly the prophetic intercessors. They are anointing those who will stand in the gap, the watchmen, the intercessor, the weepers and the sweepers who will take back the land. Then, I saw the Oil Angels pour the oil out over the land and the land received it and seemed to come to life, responding instantly to the deposits.

In September, I saw the Oil Angels go forth and anoint prophetic intercessors. However, as I shared earlier, October 13, I saw them go forth and anoint others who will participate in God’s plans and purposes.

Throughout the Old Covenant, the anointing oil demonstrates a tangible sign of divine choice and consecration. The Oil sets us apart for His work, in fact, it puts consecration into effect. (Exodus 30:29-30) In other words, what God is reclaiming through the Plow Share Angel and reforming through the Pruning Angel is being set apart for His use. Whether is the watchmen, the warrior, or the Supreme Court, God is releasing His Spirit over them all to revive, to restore, and to reconcile them to righteousness!

In Deuteronomy 1:8 the instruction was “to take possession of the land which the Lord swore to your fathers and their descendants after them.”

The Church struggles with this because they are not anchored to the promises of God and part of God’s promises are anchored to the land. They may be anchored to the eternal promises but they are not anchored to the Covenant promise that retains and maintains possession of a nation from which the Gospel will pour out unto all the earth.

Today, people have lost this truth. Why aren’t they anchored? It began when they let loose of the Scriptures and it opened the door for the enemy to begin surgically removing them from God, family, and country.

America is our heritage; if the Church will take possession of it and refuse to allow the enemy’s lie to penetrate our hearts on this matter, we could then restore both nation and culture to God thereby reconciling us to our Creator!

This is where the Angels of Revival, Restoration, and Reconciliation enter the scene, they are here to anchor us to God, to family, and to our country! When you are anchored to them all, you will fight for righteousness and justice to reign in our nation. You will fight for LIFE from the womb to the tomb because this is what family does. You will fight for country because you recognize God placed you here in this country at this period in history, and when the Spirit of the Lord drew you to salvation you became a dual citizen of Heaven and America and you are now obligated by God to have within you the common defense of both. I Timothy 1:2, Romans 13:1, Proverbs 21:1, Jeremiah 29:7, Ezra 6:10, Philippians 1:16, Jude 1:3 all confirm this truth.

He released the Oil Angels to expand, strengthen, and empower those who will engage with us in this fight to save the nation!!

He’s igniting those who will participate in the restoration of our Church, our nation, our schools, our media, and so forth. These were all God-fearing organizations to begin with, they were established to retain and maintain what God birthed in this nation, and now, God is releasing them to revive and restore the Oaks of Righteousness as in Isaiah 61!

This is all occurring amid the Awakening. The awakening is a whole other level that encapsulates the 9Rs!

My aunt passed away earlier this year. Not long after, I received a box in the mail that sat on my shelf for a few weeks. The Lord told me He didn’t bring that into my hands for it to sit. Then He sent me on a quest regarding my own heritage. Through this season I learned that my ancestors fled Europe to escape persecution. Some faced religious persecution, some faced political persecution, some endured both. They all saw this land as a gift and anchored themselves to it before it was even a unified nation. They worked with the Native Americans sharing resources to survive. They sowed spiritually, culturally, and politically to help build this country from the ground up. They gave up their fortunes and reputations to create this nation. They fought in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War and went off to fight in WWI and WWII.

I even found a great-great grandfather who was a pastor who fought for Biblically based treatment of women who worked in factories when the men went off to war. Why? Because he was anchored to the land God had given the Church and understood the importance of influencing the culture with righteous standards!

From those who fled persecution in Europe to those who helped shape the nation, to those who grew up here in the last century, they all saw this nation as a place of freedom and hope for them and their posterity. They understood from beginning to end, that to allow an anti-God ideology to take America would thwart the destiny of God and every one of them fought to keep the Republic. I’m not saying I didn’t find a couple scoundrels in there, because I did, but my destiny was not shaped by the sin of man, it was shaped by the overcoming victories of God! My family recognized what God was doing then, and I have the privilege of recognizing and witnessing what He is doing today.

The first Great Awakening in America not only stirred up the heart of man to see this country as their heritage but it enabled them to take possession of the promises of God in ways few understand today.

The Plowshare Angels, the Pruning Angels, and the Oil Angels are functioning under the Awakening which elevates the work being done in this hour to a whole new level. God is truly preparing us for the spiritual outpouring and political renewal that God promised us years ago!

May we embrace what God is doing and partner with Him in this work. May we remain faithful to our call because friends, we are about to see an outpouring of the Oil of Revival, Restoration, and Reconciliation in unprecedented ways if we do!
