Subject: "Never Give Up!" Week 2, Part C by Nita Johnson

This Week's Events:

Dear friends,

As you know this ministry is devoted to doing the will and the work of our Lord. He commanded us to pray for the nation and we’ve done so through our weekly corporate intercession and the work of the Gathering of the Eagles (see our upcoming schedule to the right). He commanded us to train up intercessors all over the world through Joel's Army, and we began right away. And, He commanded us to provide for the needs of others and CedarWood Blessings was born!

Today, I'd like to share with you what 90 minutes can do at a CedarWood Pantry:

This Monday, in 90 minutes, we served 233 people a week's worth of healthy food. Think about that for a moment; our team of 7 employees and 22 volunteers spent a couple hours setting up, and then 90 minutes ensuring that 233 mouths (this number increases as the month progresses) are going to have fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, whole chickens, ground beef, organic milk & cheese, fresh eggs, non-GMO grains...and so on, to eat over the course of the next seven days.

90 minutes... once a week and we have men, women and children who can focus on family, school, jobs... rather than where that next meal will come from.

This does not include the collection, set up and tear down process which, this week, amounted to 88 total hours.

Imagine what we could do with our own facility? How many more bellies we could feed if we could open our CW Pantry two to three days a week? Of course, we still need our volunteer support but the amount of those hours would diminish with our own facility.

I'm often asked, why are you worried about the flesh, what about their souls!?! First and foremost, because the Lord directed us to feed those in need. Secondly, every Monday as our volunteers help the clients gather their food, they spend time getting to know them so they can minister to their spiritual needs. Many souls have been saved, people have been healed, and lives have been restored because our volunteers spend 90 minutes... once a week to serve their fellow man.

Friends, our two biggest prayer requests for CedarWood Blessings for 2015 are: the provisions for our own facility and a box truck. Pastor Matthew & Su have been amazing the last two years, allowing us to use Bethel Chapel and coming out to volunteer every week. But, we all know that if we had our own facility, we would be able to open our CW Pantry additional days each week without thoroughly exhausting our staff and volunteers. If we had our own box truck, it would help us to be more efficient with the food collections. Please join with us in prayer over these two requests.

We recognize and treasure the enormous amount of time provided by our precious volunteers each Monday and we are so thankful for all of the support that comes in for CedarWood whether it is financial, through manpower, or food supply, we truly appreciate your support!

As you close out your 2014 year, please consider us in your end of the year giving. We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible when you itemize. Please contact the office if you have any questions about the work we are doing.

Just a quick reminder, we are just a few weeks away from our Seattle, Gathering of the Eagles. If you haven't registered yet, you need to do so as the seats are almost gone. If you are coming to the Seattle GOE – please consider bringing a new coat or blanket to drop off at the CedarWood Coats and Clothes Closet. It’s an easy way to bless someone in need this December!

Nita is continuing her message entitled “Never Give Up!” from Week 2, I pray it blesses you and helps to prepare you for the days ahead.

Love,
Ricci

"Never Give Up!"

Week 2 - Part C

Prophetic Insight

by

Nita Johnson

Jesus came to me one time when I was going through one of the greatest trials I had ever gone through. I was crying, and I told Him, “I want to give You a chalice ornately decorated as a symbol of my faith." And I thought, “I have so little faith that I hardly have enough to make this cup, let alone make it beautiful.” Suddenly, He appeared to me. He looked deep into my eyes. He was so close, we were almost nose to nose, and He said to me, "Nita, nothing happens to one of Mine that it does not pass through Me first." I started crying harder. I said, "Lord, I don't want You to hurt like this. I wouldn't want to know anyone was hurting like this. I don't want You to hurt like this. I don't want You to take this suffering. I just want it to be gone, but not on You." And He said, "That is My way. None of Mine pass through suffering that it does not pass through Me first. I look at it to see if I can give you the grace you need to walk through the suffering and enable you to endure and be victorious. If I can do that, and if you are prepared for it, I will let it pass through to you, but I bear all the suffering of My children first."

So, you see right here in Isaiah, it says, “In all their affliction, He was afflicted.” That was the angel of His presence. Why am I telling you this? Because God is not going to do or allow anything to happen in a nation where He has a praying Church unless He carries the affliction Himself as well. When someone tries to tell me that God's wrath is set upon America and that He doesn't even want to listen to our prayers, I want to take them right to the Bible and show them what it says. That isn't the heart of God. The heart of God is to train and teach us. His discipline is for the purpose of removing what hinders our relationship with Him. Through it, He wants to train us and develop us in godliness.

May I ask you a question? If I have an angry parent beating on me because I made a mistake, how safe do I feel? I don't feel too safe. I don't feel like I can be human and make a mistake. I feel like I have to enter into this hyper-perfectionism as I never know when he is going to lift his hand and overreact. Do you agree? Because of the many things that America does, it sounds like God really needs to beat on us, but that's not His heart. His heart is to teach us, train us, and develop us that we may walk in His holiness, live under the canopy of His life, learn Him, and experience Him. Remember that you experienced the friendship of Jesus tonight. This friendship is not about a man who cannot be swayed. This friendship is to let you know that no matter what the season, He is right beside you, not as a taskmaster, but as a friend.

Where did America go wrong? Our problems started clear back in the earliest days, back in the 1700s. When we should have stood firm on our faith, we allowed too much compromise. There's an old song. The words are something like, “Don't let the devil ride, because if you let him ride, he's going to drive.” And that's exactly what happened in the earliest days of America's history. We didn't stand against compromise. Moreover, many compromised who belonged to Jesus. They not only did not stand against the compromise, but they themselves fell to it.

Then the Rothschild family came to knock on our door and told us if we didn't get a central bank in this nation, they were going to cause a war—the war of 1812. After the war, America got scared because we were a small nation. They allowed in a central bank. Rothschild said, "Let me issue and control a nation's money, and I care not who writes the laws." So now the Rothschild family had control of the nation's money through a central bank. The rest was easy. They just paid off the politicians, and they were able to get whatever laws they wanted to be written. We were turned into a nation run by maritime law. The important thing is not just that they set up a central bank, but they began to rewrite the DNA of America. They rewrote the spiritual DNA, as well as the DNA of the thoughts, attitudes, perceptions, and traditions of America—everything that America was about.

Of course, in our earliest days, we also had the problem with our insanity against the Native Americans. You just can't go into a land and take the land away from the people no matter how much you dislike them. You have to leave your hands off of what does not belong to you. In the Old Covenant, there was a strong warning given not to remove the landmarks of your neighbor's property. When we sought to steal the land from the Native Americans, we were spilling innocent blood every place we turned. That's our history. Soon, it wasn't just a Native American issue; it was also an African American issue.

I can't say that God was feeling a little deaf at that time. He kept trying to work through our ignorance, our pride, and our greed to bless America. But in the meantime, the Rothschilds were setting up a system that would eventually control the very lifeblood of this nation. Ralph M. Hawtry, former Secretary to the Treasury, said, "Banks lend by creating credit. They create the means of payment out of nothing." In a speech to the House of Lords in 1997, the Earl of Caithness said, "Our whole monetary system is dishonest, as it is debt based… We did not vote for it. It grew upon us gradually but markedly since 1971 when the commodity-based system was abandoned." What does the Bible say about dealing with uneven weights? It absolutely forbids it, and yet now our whole economy is based on uneven weights. There is no one standing up saying, “We will not tolerate this.” Don’t you wish someone would have done that a few generations ago? But it didn't happen. Thomas Jefferson said, "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies."

Already, they have raised up a money aristocracy that has set governments at defiance. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs. The Elite are going to cause the future economic chaos for the purpose of reconstructing Europe. Now please don't ask me why they have to destroy America to reconstruct Europe. I don't know the answer to that question. They think they know, and what we’re going to see in Europe and America is designed for them to get what they want in Europe. We're going to suffer for what they consider to be Europe's needs. They also think we will suffer so they can bring us down.

America lost when we opened our economy to the central banks. What does the Bible say about not becoming double-yoked with an unbeliever? That is exactly what we did. We double-yoked ourselves with the worst kind of enemy we could have yoked ourselves with when we came into agreement with Rothschild. We couldn't have found a worse enemy. We not only entertained him, but we double-yoked ourselves with him. We chose his way instead of our way initially out of fear. Then, we gradually changed laws and implemented certain practices out of force.

Think about this. Here we are today, and we're looking at trouble down the road with the economy. Did we ask our government to go sixteen trillion dollars in debt? What about the fact that when they opened the books of the Federal Reserve, they found sixteen trillion dollars loaned in interest free loans with no names assigned? Is this what we're supposed to trust? Why hasn't America risen up and said, "We don't have to put up with this! No one gave you permission to take our money and loan out sixteen trillion dollars of interest free loans. We don't even know who you loaned the money to." But America is now sixteen trillion dollars more in debt because of the Federal Reserve.

Where did we go wrong? Does God protect a nation? Someone emailed me a picture of a huge angel standing at the border of Israel during the recent war. I cannot tell you how many times in Israel I have seen angels at the borders and at other places just watching over the nation. Does God really watch over nations? Then what happened? When He saw us losing our way, why didn't He stop it? The answer is because before we lost our money, we lost our heart. And we lost our heart to things that should have never entered into our heart. We turned away from God, and we turned away from His truth. In turning away from God, and in turning away from truth, how can you stay safe? It is not possible. The Bible says, “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?” (Amos 3:3) God is calling us in this direction to the right, and we're saying, "Just a minute. Let me try here first. Let me look here first." He's saying, "Don't go that way. Come with me." And we say, "We will, we will. Let us just try this first." This is the kind of conversation we are having with God in this nation. So we lose our way, and we have lost our way. Is it fixable? Can God really do something of a tremendous value out of what we have made ourselves to be? Can it be fixed?

Nita

Our CW Pantry is open every Monday!

We are in need of Volunteers to help in the following areas:

The CedarWood Pantry:

-We need help with set up and tear down. Perhaps you have 1 or 2 Mondays available per month that you can participate in this blessing. If so, this would allow our volunteers to alternate.

-Volunteers are needed to collect food from the various sources in the Seattle area during the week.

Coats & Clothes Closet:
-Open Mondays and by appointment. We need volunteers to help organize and prepare clothing for visitors

BackPack Kids:
-We need volunteers for the assembly of kits for distribution to our schools.

The need is great and our numbers are increasing every week. Please pray that our volunteer base will increase as well!

If you would like to help, contact Vivian DuPorter at VivianD@worldforjesus.org

We extend a special thanks to our CW Team and volunteers for their faithfulness every week.
