Dear Friends and Intercessors,
I am coming before you for a heart-to-heart to ask for prayer over a couple critical issues and then announce a schedule change that will impact our weekly teaching/prayer calls for the next two weeks.
First the prayer requests:
1) Mom. She is in the midst of a tremendous trial. One that God prepared us for in advance, but it is the most difficult trial of her life. I was praying for her today and the Lord brought to my remembrance Job. Job’s friends and family tried to support and understand what he was going through, however, despite their efforts, most of them failed miserably. Job however, had been prepared by the Lord for this trial, and he refused to deny God, he refused to curse God, and he remained true to God amid that unbelievably difficult trial. I see Mom doing the same, she refuses to doubt the fulfilment of God’s promises in her life and her life is becoming a sweet fragrance unto the Lord. As just a sample; if you have not had a chance to listen to her Q&A messages on Union, you will be tremendously blessed if the deeper life in Christ is what you are pursuing. You can find them on our website. One day, I’ll share the vision the Lord gave me of a precious gift this season will be for the body of Christ. It’s so rich, so beautiful! It is interesting how one person’s trial can also be a trial for their friends, may we all continue to learn and grow while we stand and intercede for our precious “Mama Nita” who has given so much to the body of Christ already.

3) FINANCES: This is connected to the address change mentioned above.
As I shared a few weeks ago, the company that housed our former mailing post office closed their doors giving us barely two weeks’ notice. At the time, we were battling some financial attacks with the gas lines of one of our four CedarWood vehicles cut twice in one month so someone could drain the fuel. Along with a commercial freezer that broke down beyond repair and had to be replaced. We were enduring. However, address change has had a tremendous impact in terms of the receipt of our mail where most of our financial support comes through. Mail forwarding simply does not move as quickly as one would hope. To not receive mail for weeks on end, impacts more than just a few people.
So, I thought I’d take this opportunity to share a little about our ministry with those of you who may be new or possibly unaware of all that WFJM encompasses.
Our ministry is significantly larger than many realize, as we do have a world-wide presence. We have free books and CDs we ship all over the world. In addition, we have a world-wide missionary outreach. We have two international Joel’s Army missionaries. We support local pastors of small churches, widows and orphans in India, evangelists in Japan, orphans in Africa, and networks that aid in the rescue and restoration of victims of human trafficking, each rely on WFJM for their financial support. This amounts to a significant, worldwide, financial obligation.
In addition, we have 20 employees here in the states, two-thirds of which work in our CedarWood department. Most are full-time with health insurance. Cedarwood has a significant overhead, with facility rentals and storage costs, we provide food and clothing for hundreds and hundreds every week. This operation has become so large, our Monday Pantry outreach cannot even fit indoors, it’s held outside in the parking lot of Bethel Chapel! Additionally, we provide food, clothing, shoes, sleeping bags, and even tarps (we offered tents, they prefer tarps) to protect up to 200 homeless individuals every week. Not to mention the precious children living in a rural mountain community that receive backpack kits to ensure they have food on the weekend, and this is every weekend.
We are blessed by the Lord to have been able to serve so man, and we are incredibly frugal doing only what the Lord leads. However, the last two months have challenged us immensely.
Most of you know about our teaching and intercession times because we share them with you every week. My desire today, in sharing the programs we have outside of those prayer and teaching times, is to both keep you in the loop, and encourage you to pray with us for a financial breakthrough and for our mail that was sent to the old address, to arrive safely to our new address.
Thank you in advance for standing with us!
Schedule changes.
1) This week we will have teaching and prayer THURSDAY/FRIDAY only. We will NOT have a Wednesday 6/4 call this week.
2) Our PHONE GOE has been rescheduled under the direction of the Lord. We will send out the new dates in advance so you can set the time aside to join us for this powerful time of prayer.
3) JUNE 11-13, 2025, we will NOT have services. Our team has been going non-stop for years now with only brief breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Passover. We are giving them this time to rest and refresh themselves in the Lord so they can come back online and finish this race on behalf of our nation!
Thank you again for standing with us on behalf of the nation, as well as the many programs you saw above!
Blessings and love,
Ricci Johnson-Wilson on behalf of Nita and our entire WFJM/JA/CW teams!
