Los Angeles began accepting license applications from marijuana growers, manufacturers and testing companies Wednesday, after months of delays that left many businesses in the state's largest legal marketplace struggling to survive.
Los Angeles was once expected to be one of the most thriving cannabis economies in the United States, since the legalization of cannabis for recreational usage early this year. Potential business owners have been eagerly waiting for Los Angeles to open since late last year (September, 2017). And now Los Angeles has opened a window for growers, manufacturers and testing businesses to apply for their license.
But still no word on when the cannabis retail window will open for potential business owners. |
