The May Flower Moon is Here đź’®

Dear 4-D Network Friends,

This May, we welcome the Flower Moon!

The springtime blossoms serve as a gentle reminder that everything is part of the life and death cycle. This cycle also occurs inside of us, allowing us to shed the things in our lives that are stunting our growth.

The Flower Moon in May is a spiritual reminder that our goals are manifesting, and they embody the spirit of all the energy of new life, passion, fire, and rebirth. It brings creativity, inspiration, and a sense of purpose with it.

4-D MEMBERS CALL TO ACTION!

We are working hard on our social media presence, and because we are international, we need to let the whole world know we are here to heal the Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit. Please tag The 4-D Network (@The4DNetwork) in posts, and turn on your alerts for The 4-D Network (đź””). Any workshops or events you run where you use The 4-D Wheel may be posted on your behalf- simply alert our Administrative Assistant, Josie. She will magically pop it into a polished flyer/post so that we can spread the word (see examples below).

You can also submit your event details using your 4-D membership login.

✨ 4-Dimensional Hot Tip✨

Adapted from Dr. Milspaw’s book 'Hello Down There' (pg. 29): Breathe Like A Bee

You’re going to inhale completely through the nose, then allow the exhalation to last as long as possible as you hum like a bee. This can also be done with any vowel sound that feels good for you (i.e., ah, ee, eye, oh, oo).

Note: There are more oxygen receptors in the back of the nasal cavity so that’s why breathing in through the nose increases oxygen in the brain a lot faster than breathing in through the mouth.
