Because what we all really want isn't just a pile of doIIars in a room, or in a vault someplace.
What we want is time and choice to do what we want.
With who we want.
Where we want.
When we want.
For as long as we want.
And have the time and resources to serve the people, communities, and causes that God puts into our hearts at any moment.
Right?
So, how do you make a saIe one time, and get long term lncome from it?
I've used this strategy to have customers and partners happily paying me every single month for over 10 years.
Think about that.
That's over 120 recurring saIes from a single customer or partner.
(12 months x 10 years for those of us not good with math).
And, I only had to put in effort one time to get it.
Here's how I do that.
I focus on 3 special types of residuaI lncome that I call T3.
1. The Tools that my customers and partner absolutely need to grow their affiIiate business.
In the affiIiate model, there are 2 tools that aren't an option.
They are 1OOpct necessary.
Those two things are:
==> A page builder of some sort to put up quick and simple pages.
==> An autoresponder to build a list and send emails.
Because they are so critical, I don't even have to seII them.
I just have to recommend the ones that I use, and people grab them without even questioning.
And once they have these things...
Their ENTIRE business revolves around having them, so they never get rid of them.
Which is why I have been receiving recurring lncome from these 2 things for over 10 years at a time.
So, ask yourself...
What are the tools that aren't an option for your audience?
Focus on those things first, and build a residual lncome foundation on those things.
Think about a plumber for example.
They don't show up at your door and ask for a wrench to do the repairs.
No... they have their OWN tools that they 1OOpct NEED to do the jobs they are called to.
Your customers and partners are no different.
2. The Specialized Training my customers and partners need to get the results they want.
Every type of business has certain activities that they MUST know how to do, or they can't win.
For affiIiates, those areas are primarily generating traffic and Ieads, and following up.
So, by offering options to help my customers do those two things...
I am again helping them get the things they NEED, to get the results that they want.
Memberships where they can get personalized help are the very best options in this case.
3. A Tribe or Community to be a part of.
This is by far one of the most powerful indicators of success, and also the easiest to generate long term residuaIs from.
I know people who loved the community to much, that they stayed just so they could proudly wear the t-shirt!
Being an entrepreneur is a lonely game.
And people don't just want, they CRAVE community at the highest level.
They want to have a place where they feel they belong, and are supported.
Because in truth, starting and running a business is something that will most often result in us getting massive doubt and push back from those we love the most.
Most don't understand that you can actually create the life you want.Instead of existing in the nightmare you don't.
But, you do.
And having a community to support you and keep you going every day isn't really an option.
It's a NEED if you want to win long term.
I have yet to see any person make it long term without the belief and belonging to of some sort of community that was with and for them.
If you focus on these 3 things (T3), you can not only generate residuaI lncome with greater ease...
But you can have customers and partners that happily send you those residuaIs over and over again.
