Subject: Major Announcement Friend!

Hi Friend,

I hope all is well and you're enjoying your Labor day weekend, if
you live in the united states. It's nice having an extra day to relax
or get caught up on things.

Thanks to all those that have donated to the pif fund. To date, we have
raised $216.00. That's outstanding, considering only 18 people have
decided to open up their wallets, out of over 300 members. Thanks again
and please know that it has made a difference. It will not go un-noticed.
We're here for the long haul and we're determine to help make our team
build a success.

So now, we have major announcements and changes to the team build. We
have taken the last 2 weeks and observed how our pif members are helping
the team and we have also studied and experimented on how we can help
move members through the waves, faster. Now we have to make some
changes. These changes are in the best interest of the team.  You may
or may not agree with them but it has been decided and we will move
forward with the new changes.

Change #1 - "Pif"
We have decided that even though our pif program puts people in our matrix,
most have done absolutely nothing to help promote the team. Also, we have
had great difficulty in communicating with these "Pif" members in order
to place them in the matrix as we have had several that won't even respond
to our emails so that we can get them placed in the team. It's been so frustrating
and time consuming that we have decided to stop the pif program. We will use
up the remaining pif funds and then, that's it! Finished, done is the pif program.

We have lots of funds left so what I did, is I temporally replaced the main team
page with the pif page. What that means is that every site that our team
page is showing on, will now see the pif page. We will change it back to the
main team page, after we get enough people to fill the remaining pif positions.

Now, most of you know, I'm not a fan of "Pifing" people into programs as most
will not do anything to help their team and 2 D.ollar Wave was not the exception.
I struggled, personally with the pif portion of the team but gave it a go, thinking
it will be more benefit than not. That was not the case with this m.atrix.

Change #2 - Hit requirements/Advertising your own link.
We have studied and experimented with 2 d.ollar Wave in order to help members,
move faster through the waves. We originally thought we could get people through
by spillunder. While this was effective, and we were able to get members to wave
3, they became stuck on wave three. This includes our team account. While experimenting
and working close with the owner, Tom Taylor, it has been realized that people need
more than just the 2 referrals. There is no other way around it.

We experimented and strategically placed members under our team account and soon
realized that we can't do the same with the rest of the teams accounts. It's would
take way too long and would be a logistical nightmare to keep track of. No thanks!

With that said, we're going into phase 3. Phase 3 will require everyone, to promote
their personal link, a long with the team link. We have lowered the hit count to 250
hits, weekly. This is the only way that will be best suited to get you through the waves.

We thought of just giving members, more referrals but that is not an option and it would
hinder the team build and it's growth. We feel that this puts a little more responsibility
on the member to help build the team and members will see results, faster.

So what does all these changes mean? Is the team build done? NO!!!! Actually, these changes
will help the team. It means that we will continue to get each member, 2 referrals which
will help you get all the way to wave 3. Your success from that point, will be in your hands.
You will need to promote your personal link, along with the team link. We have reduced the
suggested hit requirements to 250. And 2, we will no longer give free rides to people. No more pifs!

If we follow the above plan, we can all be successful in 2 D.ollar Wave but it will take some
work from everyone to make that happen. We have simply put some of the responsibility,
back on the members to help, not only the team, but you as well, Friend.

Have a great day! We will update any pages or emails with the new requirements, hopefully
today or tomorrow.

Dan And John!
