Dear Friend:

Our founder, St. Alphonsus, was passionately devoted to the Blessed Mother.

So it was a perfect fit when 150 years ago the Redemptorists were asked by Pope Pius IX to spread devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help.

You’ve been such a good friend to our priests and brothers, and today I’m asking you to help them continue their mission to "make her known throughout the world," as the pope mandated.

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, a day that unites the world for good. It's all about giving, not getting—serving others, not shopping.

Will you make a special gift to the Redemptorists today to help us continue promoting devotion to the Blessed Mother?

Far from diverting our attention from Jesus, devotion to Mary brings us closer to Christ.

The "desire for God is planted in every human heart," explains Redemptorist Father Phil Dabney. "But Mary, with her maternal warmth, is probably the easiest and most nonthreatening road back to the Father."

Today the world needs Mary more than ever!

I hope you will enjoy the short video we've created to highlight our devotion to Mary.

You can view it here, on our website:

And after you've watched it, will you make a gift to help us continue spreading devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help?

May God bless you, and may Our Lady watch over you with a mother’s care.

P.S. We've made a short video in honor of Our Mother of Perpetual Help. It's less than 3 minutes long, and I really hope you'll take a look. Click to view now.
