We'll start with what I know about the status of our short code 21000. Verizon is still down, and despite the frantic efforts of the company I use to get that restored, it is a very difficult task for them as they don't even have direct access. As soon as I hear more I'll let everyone know.
That's a good reason for you to use the new web link, 21000.club, (demo video below) as it will work with all carriers and even works internationally.
Same with your QR Code. If you are using a code and it goes to 21000, change that to the QR code for your backup number. Don't have one? Get it from the welcome page.
