Here is the latest on our shortcode 21000. This notice is currently posted on the company's website: (As stated, this was posted yesterday around 3:09PM EST)
"Carrier Status:
AT&T: Live
T-Mobile: Live
Verizon: Inbound only
Sprint: Live on 21000 - 77948 down.
Optins are still coming into the system, but auto-responses are currently unable to go out on the carriers that are down. Once Verizon is fully live we will enable the send message functions.
NEW: We have provided Verizon additional info they requested and awaiting response.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

So the bottom line is that all carriers are live EXCEPT Verizon which hopefully will be live any time now.
