Here is the latest on our shortcode 21000. This notice is currently posted on the company's website: (As stated, this was posted yesterday around 6:15PM EST)
"AT&T and T-Mobile have agreed to turn back on traffic as soon as engineers are able to get this working. Optins are still coming into the system, but auto-responses are currently unable to go out. Verizon will most likely be live soon we're told, but waiting confirmation of that. Sprint & US Cellular are working on their end and will let us know soon. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Last Updated: 6/10/2020 at 4:15 PM MST."
I can confirm that Verizon is turned back on and working fine. If you have a different carrier that is also now working please let me know. Regardless, it appears that this mess is almost over and by Friday (if not sooner) all the carriers should be up and running.
