Subject: what to do about the Facebook Fiasco?

Hi Friend

2 = 2 Big Points to
make about the recent
Facebook Fiasco.

1.
Don’t make “rented space”
the hub of your online business.

2.
Stay focused on what YOU are
doing… not everybody else.

So here you go.

For years now, all we’ve heard
is the FB is THE place to be.

That’s where millions of folks
hang out.

Many of them are your prospects
and peers.

IF you’ve built your entire
business around a FB page
or FB traffic, then you’re
on pretty shaky grounds
these days.

This is why I always advise
to use your OWN property.

That means, your own
blog.

Your own email.

And on your sites, and
in your emails…

You can tell your
readers and audience
all about…

Your own courses.

Your own services.

But on rented space,
or on other people’s sites…

like Facebook…

You’ve gotta play by
THEIR rules, do things
their way, tell only what
they allow, share info
about YOU only to the
extent that it doesn’t
violate THEIR TOS
(terms of service)…

Leverage Facebook
all you can.

But don’t run your
entire business on
their platform.

It’s their site, not yours.

But always remember…

your business is
your business,
not theirs.
