Email marketing is the most effective way to build your business and create real live clicks to action.
Click to action =>
That means that people do what you ask them to.
They can click to join something, or click to make a purchase or anything else.
The point is that people take action in response to your emails more than anything else you do.
This is really important for us bloggers to know.
How often have you written an article suggesting that people click this or than or another link to join or buy or something similar?
If you're like most bloggers, probably a lot.
Knowing this, most bloggers make a Big Big Deal about building their list.
They have splash pages, content gates, popups… all designed to get people on their list.
Then, when it gets to actually sending out the emails containing the right calls to action, they get confused.
If this describes you, I'd like you to think about just one thing right now.
How often do you send an email to your list?
If you're emailing once a week, like most people do, it's probably not enough to build a real bond with your followers.
But what if people don't want to be "bothered?"
Then, they're not a serious follower.
I'll be the vast majority of people who you're afraid to often by email too often… never engage with you in any way.
They probably never click on links in your emails, or send replies to your messages, and they certainly never buy anything.
So, why are you so concerned about them when there are serious followers who look forward to hearing from you often?
