Yes.
The answer is yes.
I think blogging is the
best “backdoor biz” you
can develop.
It can give you the
“security” that a “job”
never can.
Here’s a case in point…
I’ve been mentoring a
woman who is a clothing
designer for large size
women’s clothing.
She was fired from a major
company several months ago.
Again…
People think they are safe when
they are working for someone.
But we all have seen what happened
to the 401K’s in the past and the
pensions going to pot.
And all it takes is one “sit down”
or “phone call” and your “secure”
job or career is caput.
Just like that.
So where is the “security?”
Anyway, this woman was doing
things the old fashion way;
pounding the pavement and
making connections there.
She came to me for help
setting up a blog, and making
it work.
She worked hard, did what I
said and finally…
she found that a perfect
audience out there that
actually needed her.
Bottom line here is that
people are buying her designs.
But it only happened when
she got out of her little
box…
and started blogging
about what she does.
You see, blogging opens
doors for you that you
just can’t open in most
ways.
We are all blessed with a talent.
We have to dig into ourselves
and express that talent and
capitalize on it.
You may be a teacher,
an accountant,
a personal assistant, etc.
These are skills that you
have learned.
People can find out about
that when you blog.
It’s like putting a big
banner on the back
of a plane and flying
it over a crowded beach, haha.
And who’s on the beach?
Your potential audience.
Your prospects.
Even other employers.
It’s how you get the
word out and best of all…
it doesn’t cost hardly
anything to do.
Now that’s a great way
to build a backdoor biz,
or even a side hustle if
you can provide specific
services to people.
I have seen the teacher
learn how to teach classes online.
I have seen the assistant and
accountant become virtual
assistants and accountants.
etc etc
It really can work.
You won’t become a millionaire
overnight, that’s silly.
It takes learning and action…
yes action!
to turn your blog into a
profitable backdoor business.
But yes…. you CAN do it.
Just grab your big idea…
your dream…
and run with it.
It took me a lot of hard work
become the top blogger I
am now.
I never thought of doing anything
like this, but I needed to build
my own secure “backdoor.”
and…
I have been blessed by finding
the best mentors in the field.
So, whatever it takes…
Get Out There and think
beyond the box.
If you are working, create that
back door no matter how much
work it takes.
