I'm hoping that by now, you are
just itching to get started with your
newly design, renovated, rebooted business.
But, first, you need to do a few things
that you may have skipped past, or
done too casually and incompletely
in the past.
This time, you can get this part right.
You need to take a full accounting of
your personal assets and liabilities.
I say you may have skipped this in
the past because people have a way
of thinking that their personal assets
and liabilities are nowhere near as
important as their financial assets
and liabilities.
Actually, the two are inextricably
linked.
Only when you take full stock of
your personal characteristics
can you fully activate your financial
ones.
You don't have to believe me, at
this point.
You just need to do it.
Here's your homework.
List your biggest character weakness?
Things like…
procrastinator
low self esteem
low confidence
afraid of change
can never finish things
"what if" syndrome
"i can't" syndrome
"i'm gonna" syndrome
etc
Do a very honest (even if painful)
look inside.
Describe to me your character weakness.
Next, do the same thing for your strengths.
Then, describe this…
What are your skillsets?
Finally,
what is your biggest challenge?
So that's a lot of homework, but this
is critical.
Be honest because, remember, even
though I'll look these over so I can
help direct you…
