So, now that you've been given
an orientation to this Challenge,
it's time we get down to business.
Today, I want you to start filling up
your blackboard.
Remember...
If you don't know what you're doing,
you can't get to where you want.
So, what are you doing?
What does your business look like?
What are all the components of your
business model?
If you don't know what the "components"
of your business are, just start writing
down all the things you do every day,
every week.
These are your typical "to-do" items
like writing a daily email, a weekly
blog post etc.
Of course, you don't need to do
this on an actual blackboard.
A whiteboard, a word doc, a
notepad…
even pen and paper is fine!
Dig deep, list everything you do
on a regular basis.
This is your homework.
Now, go to the coaching email
address I've given you (it's
repeated at the end of this
message).
Send me what you've written.
Just copy/paste into the email,
or type it in.
No attachments, please.
Too many times, attachments
just won't open.
So that's it.
Simple enough, but do it right.
As I said, dig deep, list everything
you do on a regular basis.
This way, I can see what kind of
business model you're starting
out with,
It will help us figure out what work
needs to be done on restarting,
or rebooting your business in
order to get massive results.
