Subject: ["Restart Your Business"] 30 Day Challenge - Day 16

Hi Friend

It's time to put all the pieces
together in your business reboot.

Let's pull some pieces together.

By now you should have your
answers to these questions...

What is are the most important
challenges and needs in your market?

How can you meet that need better
than anyone else?

Now this will be the key foundation
upon which you will restart your business.

You need to set up a system, now,
to meet those challenges and needs.

So this is where we're at.

No more strategy, no more reflection.

But none of this happens without setting
up a DMO.

It's time for implementation and that
means you need to sit down and
plot your exact

DMO = Daily Method of Operation

Rule #1
Keep It Simple

That means..
Focus only on your "Big 3" Daily Tasks
that you worked on last week.

These are the things you must do every
day, first and foremost.

Nothing happens in your day until you
complete you DMO, your "Big 3" Daily Tasks,

So, today, sit down and refine exactly
what your "Big 3" daily tasks are.

Choose them from the business
and conversion strategies you've
developed.

Now, if any of this sounds strange or
unfamiliar, go back over the past
lessons in this challenge.

If you've missed any, it's time to
go back and fill in those blanks.

If you've been sending me your
homework every day, then you
know exactly what all this means.

And more importantly, you know
exactly how YOUR business
is starting to shape up.

This is the final week, and we're
putting together the final pieces.

At this point, you need to set up
the 3 Action Steps, your DMO.

Remember that blackboard you
erased?

Now it's time to write on it again.

But not the million things you
had on it before.

Just 3 simple direct things.

Your 3-step DMO.

For most online businesses,
it will look like this...

1. Create Content
2. Amplify Content (traffic)
3. Sell

Now, this won't pertain to
everybody, but it will to most
online businesses.

If you want to modify these
3 steps, then email me and
we'll discuss it.

Otherwise, understand that
these are the 3 things that
will make your business bring
you the results you want.

Today, I'm going to talk about
the first step… Content.

In the next 2 days I'll talk
about how to get your content
seen by your audience (amplification),
and how you will be able to start
monetizing your entire business.

But for today, let's just talk
about the content portion.

Step 1. Create Content

Every day, you need to create
new content for your audience,
and for prospects.

Here's the thing.

You'll never sell anything if you
don't have people's trust.

To get it, they need to see you
everywhere, every day.

It's not good enough to write one
article a week and then stop.

But that doesn't mean you have
to write one article a day, either.

What's critical is that people see
you delivering something of value
(content) every single day.

If they don't, they won't take you
seriously… meaning, they won't
trust you.

Who do you trust online?

Somebody that you "see" around
once in a while, maybe once a
week, one a month?

Or somebody that you say
"that person seems to be everywhere"

When you are delivering a daily
piece of content that supports
your brand, and addresses the
concerns of folks in your niche…

you start looking like a real
authority,

and

that builds trust.

Believe me, NOTHING is more
important than trust.

I've worked with people who
seem to have everything right…
courses, blogs, great sales pages,
wonderful email sequences,

BUT

they complain they can't make
sales.

It's always, always because they
haven't built up that trust.

And the first key to building that
trust is to offer your target market
one piece of content every single
day.

It can be a blog post.

Doesn't have to be, but it can be.

But anything of value works, here.

A video
An image you just created for Twitter
A photo
An infographic

Create something for your audience
every day.

That makes you relevant and current.

As soon as you stop doing that, you
become irrelevant and stale.

Think of the marketers and bloggers
you trust the most.

I'll bet you see them "everywhere"

I'll bet they're constantly putting new
things out there for consumption.

So, now, this is your challenge.

Write out the list of content you
are ready to create every single
day.

It can be 3 videos a week, and
4 blog posts.

Or 2 videos, 1 blog post, and
2 guest articles, 2 info graphics.

Or 7 blog posts.

Or 7 videos.

You get the idea.

Just figure out what content you
want to deliver each of the
7 days in a week.

That's your homework.

Let me see what you've got
in mind and let's talk about
how well it will work in your
business.

If we need to restructure,
then we will.

But once you've got this
step down… it's time to just
start doing it.

Tomorrow, we'll talk about
amplifying your content so
it gets full exposure within
your niche.
