Hi Friend
This is my daily mantra.
Give me one hour, I'll give you the world.
But there's more to it…
Give me one day,
Give me one project,
Give me one goal,
Give me one purpose…
I'll give you the world.
You see, if you could tell me just ONE
thing that you will absolutely do, no
matter what…
I can show you how to change your
life, how to shake your world, how
to make real difference.
I feel so great today and I hope you're
feeling the same way.
You see, yesterday I did a "closed door"
coaching event for my private mastermind
group.
It felt wonderful to wake up, know I had
this one big thing to accomplish, and then
go out and get it done.
There was great energy and enthusiasm
shared by everyone in attendance.
It was just one of those things that you
know, you feel, you sense intuitively…
it was on target for all of us.
Now, David was the big part of the
event, as he usually is, so here's what
I decided to do…
drum roll...
I took him out to dinner last night.
yep that's what I did
took the whole night off
I just said that I could catch up with
other things later
…and we went out to beautiful dinner
we had some wine
we made merry
it was our reward.
So this part of the productivity
recipe is very important.
I want you to reward yourself
in any way you can when you've
gone out and done that ONE
thing you know you had to…
that ONE thing that would bring
you more traffic, or get you more
sales, or bring in some new clients.
You know, the critical stuff that
we can't run a blogging business
without :)
Reward yourself.
Give yourself a treat.
It's important.
Myself…
I'm real good at this part.
It could be buying a new dress,
maybe getting my hair done,
like I just said… going out to dinner,
or maybe just bingeing out on a
great TV series.
i.e.: Orphan Black, my fav.
Now, it doesn't matter what it is.
One size does not fit all.
But go ahead.
Do that one thing.
Give me one hour, one
completed project.
I promise…
the world will open to you,
one hour, one step, one project
at a time.
That's why I can promise you
the world, if you give me just
that one hour, each day.
